Yeah, but then Nico would never get the chance to catch up with Lewis in terms of DNF's.
That's not fair! :p -
FIA made sure RB's attempt to show how stupid that 5 engine-rule is was blown up before it even started.
RB are right about the rule being stupid, but as long as Sebastian is with the team I just LOL every time one of their plans goes wrong.

But then he couldn't blame the team for building a crappy car...

You sure it's not just because that's the only circuit you haven't won a league race on any CM F1 game, Tom? :p -
Surprisingly, that's what the AMuS article says.fIsince08 said:Note, I got this from a twitter account called Verena that has a profile pic of a cat saying "Must go faster" and Verna writes for f1coffee.com, I have no idea if it is reliable.
But your choice of source needs improving mate. :p -

The main problem aren't the new engines but the way the money which comes in through TV-righs is being distributed. The richest teams get the most money, the teams at the back end don't get enough to even survive.
With the current system it's like sitting in a train which is heading towards abysm and instead of pulling the safety brake (in other words: make sure the money is being distributed in a way that keeps smaller teams alive) we're discussing how to change the color of the seats (in other words: introduce 3 car teams).
A third car won't solve the main problem, it'll only create a fake fullness of the grid. As soon as world famous brands find themselves in last place, they'll pull out of F1. We've seen that in the past with Honda for example. That's why those typical backmarker-teams are important. Apart from the fact that they add something in the sense of David vs Goliath and it's amazing to see them succeed every once in a while in beating more established teams. And sometimes they add magical moments which we keep talking about for a long time.

Isn't it ironic that this whole ultra-capitalistic approach in F1 which leads to teams like Marussia and Caterham dying sooner rather than later is affecting the US-GP first?Tommig1995 said:9 years after our last USA GP disaster... 6 cars anyone?

But on the GD-forums, not in the appropriate gif-thread. ;)

Think I've used that one in the GD-part before.

Red Bull gives you wings!
I'll get my coat.

So what'll happen to qualifying?

What about costumer teams? Sounds better to me than 3 car-teams tbh.

Dear CM,
this years F1 2014 imo is the best CM F1 game in terms of handling - at least when you're playing with a wheel and no assists. I have bought every single one of your F1 games since 2010 and 2014 is a hell of a lot of fun, especially in the rain. The back end wants to step out all the time and you have to be extremely precise to control that. Even in the dry it's pretty difficult to keep the car on the track. Amazing!!
However, there's a clear disadvantage for wheel users compared to pad users when it comes to traction. Knowing how you folks have dealt with such issues in the past I can only hope and plead that you won't dumb down the handling on wheels just to make things more equal. I can't think of how you can iron out that disadvantage, but please don't do it by making the game for us wheel users as boring as it seems to be on the pad. You've dumbed down a brilliant game before with one of your patches (F1 2012), please don't do it again. If there's no other solution to making things more equal between pad and wheel, I'd rather be at a huge disadvantage with the wheel than to have cars which are once again too easy to handle.
Yours
A loyal costumer since 2010

Knowing CM they will dumb down the handling on wheel although it's awesome.
Make the handling on pad more difficult instead, please.
-
Wheel users are paying a few hundred quid for their wheel, the least we can expect is to not be at an enormous disadvantage.
No hard feelings against pad-users, I used to be one aswell some time ago, but all I'm asking is for pad and wheel to be as close as possible performance wise.
And atm it's not even near to close.

And Cal Crutchlow.

Plus this is the 235th Kubica comeback-story and quite frankly my faith is fading away.

Surely, that justifies it enough, right? ;)
