I'm sure there is more pace in the Mercedes.
Kraken to be released tomorrow once again.

That BAR was beautiful and quick. I remember it was probably the best car when going over Kerbs, very smooth, almost as if it was flying.
Only problem was the Ferrari F2004 which was a spaceship in combination with Schumacher.

Does this compensate for 5 more years of experience at the RB-Racing Team. That's 1825 days of extra experience within the team. Or 43800 hours. Or 26280000 minutes. Or 157680000 seconds.AMS97KRR said:Interesting fact I just now found out: Vettel after Monaco was 1400km down on Ricciardo in the RB10 in terms of distance covered. Tells you something about this season really. That is 870 miles which is basically a trip from Plymouth to Inverness and then Inverness down to Dumfries.
Or a sh*tload of time. ;) Please take this comment in good humour.

I lol'd but I kind of agree. The RB7 and RB9 looked very nice imo, you could already see that they were built to dominate. It was just the thing between the airbox and the wheel which put me off. The RB5,6 and 8 looked hideous because of the nose they used.AMS97KRR said:
Class.
@ RP: I loved the F10 from the very moment they had to replace the Marlboro-barcode with pure red color. From then on, it looked stunning.
However, I also loved the sharkfins on the 2010 cars.
But my absolute favourite from the 2009-2013 era remains the MP4-27. One of the most beautiful cars ever, before and after they've changed the nose. Shame the team couldn't live up to the expectations and the cars potential that year.

For me, this would be a much better scenario too. At least better than Tossberg winning the WDC.Mexicola said:Nah, I stick by my earlier statement of wishing both of them to crash each other out of the championship and let Daniel Ricciardo pick up the pieces.

What I do: Get a piece of anything concrete and kill the spider. Maybe do a little dance after mission is completed.Mexicola said:God I spotted a massive one about that size last night crawling up one of my curtains and I shat myself to bits. What I do with spiders is I get a compressed air can lid and a piece of paper like an envelope or something, put the spider in the lid, cover it with the paper, open a window/door and chuck it out. Crisis averted.

Regarding Falcao and di Maria:
Utd getting Falcao and Di Maria is the equivalent of giving somebody who needs heart surgery fake t*ts. Looks nice, but isn't what's needed.
Couldn't have said it better.

They won't repeat Williams' mistake...PeteTheDuck said:Well I'm not so sure. I should just send Red Bull a tweet asking them if I can have a drive. I'm sure they'll consider me, given my experience of driving F1 cars on the official F1 game for four years.

Wolff: Right guys, no more crashing into each other.
Lewis: Wait, what do you mean, he crashed into-
Lowe, Toto and Nico all turn to Lewis. Lewis sighs
Wolff: We have reviewed the footage and we have determined that, Lewis, you could have left more of a space.
Lewis: right... yeah, maybe I could've.
5 second silence
Nico: Look Lew, I'm sorry, it won't happen again.
Lewis: Damn right it won't!
Lowe: Lewis come on...
Lewis: yeah, okay guys.
handshakes all around, ciao
Not my idea btw. But pretty much what I think happened too.

Nope, he wasn't. It was when RB decided to change the car to Seb's liking in Singapore 2012 when he was miles ahead of Webber again. Up until Hungary that year, Mark and Seb were very close, certainly a lot closer than in 2011 and 2013.APR193 said:
That wouldn't fully explain the sudden difference given Seb was just as much quicker than Mark when they got rid of EBDcouger1981 said:
Had nothing to do with the tyres it was the EBD that made Vettel unstoppable.APR193 said:Red Bull worked for a few more years because after 2010 Webber was rarely a challenge for Vettel. Vettel clicked with Pirelli tyres and Webber didn't, they were very closely matched until 2011. Without any big change coming in anytime soon like the switch to Pirelli, you have to assume Hamilton/Rosberg will be as close as they have been more or less every year they are team mates.

Tbf, Seb was quite excellent with the Pirelli's aswell. Certainly not to an extent as with the use of the EBD, but clearly better than Mark.couger1981 said:

Button at Williams would be cool, back to the roots. Massa is crap anyway, this hasn't changed just because he's wearing white instead of red now in case people didn't notice.
Yeah I know, Felipe has a contract. But let me tell you as a soon to be lawyer: Contracts are there to be broken.
