PeteTheDuck said:And on Verstappen, I couldn't believe it when I first read it. A driver in F1 who is younger than me? Wow.
Yes Max has the talent, but what about Sainz Jr and Alex Lynn who have been overlooked. Sainz is doing an incredible job in F3.5, the same with Lynn in GP3. Seems very silly to me by Red Bull.
He's currently 7 years younger than me.
I feel crappy about that somehow. -
VetteIfan said:According to a newspaper in Italy, Vettel has signed a contract to drive at Mclaren next season. It says the move will be announced in Monza and he will replace Button.
Italian newspapers are always a source to be suspicious of, but there's been a rumoured deal on the table from Mclaren to Vettel for some time now so it isn't a story completely out of the blue.
I can only repeat myself. If this is true: YOLO

Almost forgot what a clumsy douche Romain was in 2012.

Heal (+3) Hamilton
Hurt (-1) Kimi

It could get close between Merc and Williams.

Great, so the only time I can't watch MotoGP this year and Marquez finishes 4th.
F**k my life.

From the Autosport-Forum...

Where have those 4 been?

I was kidding, he's a douche. Just watched the 2010 Belgian GP and his repetitive Schumi-bashing is unbearable. P*ick.

Jonathan Legard best commentator ever.
I'll get my coat.

Not going to happen. It's way too soon and it would most probably ruin an otherwise promising career.

Adieu Mrs. Doubtfire. :(

Where are those trigger-happy texans when you need them?

Makes perfect sense.
They paid him 10 million not to race at all :p
They paid him 10 million because they had a contract until 2010. And they couldn't get out of that one anymore.

I can only speak for myself but trashing Kimi is a lot more of a motivation for me. :p

I can't remember that being debated at any stage.
Didn't you kind of debate exactly this by saying that Kimi was the fastest guy out there before 2009?

KRTheIceman said:Massa is quick in quali, but he's slow in the race. He beat Alonso quite a few times in quali, but in the race he was always miles behind. Even look at Bottas and Massa now, take away bad luck and you can see that Massa is good in quali, but the points Bottas has scored show how inconsistent Massa is in the races. This is also pre-accident Massa.Massa vs Raikkonen, 2007-Hungarian GP 2009
Massa 25, Raikkonen 20
Massa vs Alonso, 2010-2013
Massa 19, Alonso 58(!!!)
I rest my case.

He got beaten by Massa in their qualifying-duel in 2007 and 2008.
Beaten by Massa.
Massa.

On the other hand McLaren are struggling despite having a dominant engine atm, so I don't see how a copy of it should suddenly bring them a huge boost. Apparently they can't get it right even with a 2014 Mercedes V6 Turbo.
Apart from that: How would you feel about Seb leaving RB for McLaren?
