    Hey guys,

    over the last weeks I have started an F2 2019 championship and I've noticed that the F2 class in this game is so badly done that it literally makes no fun at all.

    Here are some weaknesses:
     

    1. Only 1 soft tyre for qualifying? Are you serious? So we are literally forced to do one-shot qualifying because you can only do one (or maybe two) laps and that's it. That's not how F2 works. You should have 2 sets of softs available so we can get the excitement of a full qualifying session.

    2. Tyres are heating up too quickly. In the real F2 it takes 2-3 laps until the tyres are finally warm enough to push for good lap times. In the game it only takes like two or three corners until the tyres reach the optimum temperature. That's pretty rubbish and another big point which kills the F2 mode in the game.

    3. Lack of overtakes and risky moves. Yeah I know, not everyone is a fan of aggressive AI but in the F2, it's literally the case every race. I've got so many races where literally nothing happens and I am the only one overtaking people. That should be a massive point to adjust for the future.

    4. Lack of strategy variations. The biggest point of all of those: The race strategy is always the same. No AI is going for the alternative strategy unlike in the real F2. Come on guys, this should be easily doable.

     

    Those were my points concerning the F2. Please Codemasters, do something or you can straight up remove them again.

    Hi all,

    I have a idea to make the MyTeam mode even more fun.

    My idea is that there should be an option to create custom drivers for the driver market, so you can add your friends or some former F1 drivers into the list of drivers. 

    These drivers will have a rating similar to the current F2 drivers BUT you will be able to give them a specific attribute (f.e. better qualifier or he is better during the races) and give them a slight boost for one of the stats.

    I think this would make the mode even more fun when you are able to fight for the championship with your friend alongside.
