    Hi all,

    We are looking to add the following updates to the next patch;

    • Leagues using the official cars will now be able to choose between equal performance or realistic performance
    • Leagues using the official cars will now be able to entirely disable the AI
    • League owners can now choose to disable voting, meaning they can kick/change settings/change track list/postpone events without requiring the other league members' approval. If a league has disabled voting, players will be warned of this before they join, so they can decide whether the league owner is trustworthy.

Thank you for this info @Faya !

Me and my friend are really looking forward this!

  2. So lets hope that after the last "anounced" patch for august/september (F2 2019 cars/drivers) they will fix the major bugs and give us the online Coop Championship back.

The last years they dropped around 10-15 patches. This year we started on 1.03 and the F2 2019 patch wil be 1.09/1.10...so I think there could be major bug fixes/Coop Championship in patch 1.10-1.14....

  3. Nearly 200 posts and over 10k views. I hope that codemasters sees how important this feature is... I think it the biggest "non official" Topic/thread in this forum....

I think it may be the time to lock this one. Codies already know what you want anyways.

Just locking things does not help. We are not in china...

    - unsafe release penalties would be great!    -> this is not possible because the driver does not release himself.

    - “Under investigation” would be ace - I’ve always thought that.

Generally, I just think more realism.

Practice Start in pit-lane would be a cool option!

Mechanical failures for the human! We never have our cars get random mechanical failure - yet it happens to ALL cars in F1 (apart from Williams who have been very reliable).

The reality is.... we won’t get any of this in next years game... it’ll probably be... updated Helicopter or a little more realistic  driving.

added: Practive Start in pit-lane option

This is mine, and this is what I need to see included before I start buying these games again:

    • Force cockpit view for multiplayer
    • VR support
    • The ability to practice in single player, in any car, with the Equal car setting enabled

There's a lot of stuff I'd like to see in addition to this, but these are the only 3 items that are holding me back from buying, so I won't even bother to list the others at this time.

Not even coop career. Versus careers would be more fun.

Which F1 Drivers in real life are doing coop?

    Both added 🙂

Nice list, here are my suggestions:

    -Helmet Cam, for maximum immersion.

-VR, Dirt / Project Cars / Assetto Corsa / GT Sport etc. has it, why not F1?

-Increased Look To apex Values, as we currently don't have access to VR this could be a viable alternative option.

-Higher rainspray density, currently the rainspray is too forgiving and not dense enough, Lando Norris commented on that stating that he sees too much compared to real life.

-Correct blinking rate of the Red Backlights of the cars, especially in the wets the blinking rate is way out of sync to real life.

-Correct and improved Engine Sound, at the moment the Engines sound as if they are barely revving.

-Slower R&D upgrade ratio, upgrades are too fast and a backmarker should not be able to get to the Top 3 in 1 - 2 seasons.

-AI driving in multiple lines, opposed to what we currently have where the AI always forms trains.

I added some of them to my ideas as "add-on". Also added some to the end of the list.

Be good if they could include a second player into a career championship.

Definitely need something done.  Either bring back the norm or the ability to save progress somehow of human and AI.

Yeah that would be very nice. I hope that this will be "THAT" Feature next year. But seeing that this year the game does not even has a Coop-Championship makes me worrying about it...

Maybe we will get that feature if they patch the Coop-Championship in this years game or at least give us the "real performance" option in leagues. But at the moment they dont care or say anything about it.

  8. So guys lets just hope that they will fix this at anytime or at least get an info about it.

For me it will be the last codies F1 game if they dont patch it.

The SC is still buggy(in carrer mode, spain: Kubica crashed into a car with engine failure right on the straight leaving two destroyed cars right on the straight...they disappeard within a few seconds...no SC (50%distance, sim damage, sc on), the AI does not make any mistakes (compare Hockenheim 2019 and a rainy race in codies F1 games...), the damage model was never really improved, the pitstops are not manuell and still buggy after 10 years of their games...I think the list goes on and on and on...

  9. It is a shame that they never announced that they will remove the online Championship Mode...

I played 50%Carrer/50% Online Championship. My friend only played Online Championship...we will stick to F1 2018 until this Feature/Gamemode is patched.

@Faya do you have any Infos if/when "real" Car Performance will be patched so we can have a "real"Online Championship like we got in F1 2018?

Also will it be possible to change the time/weather and save between sessions?
