Also, I imagine there's big insurance costs associated with driving museum pieces like these.

It's essentially a pilot for the stream room, so we did it pre-recorded on Anniversary Day and double-checked various things before uploading. Just over an hour long though, enjoy the banter and questionable driving 😄

The World RX pic for reference: It does the "wonky start" thing like Mettet 😄 -
I don't know regarding that one. Is that a drone chasing the Focus in the top left?

The editor in Forza is vastly different to what native dev tools can use. Also, fan-made liveries don't have any licensing requirements 😉 When I joined, I gave feedback on the Season 1 and 2 designs, and asked dev team if Season 3 and 4 designs could have more logos and be more "rally like". They took that on board 🙂 I know why that downvote came in, previous posting history and all that.

load failed when opening the game(PC)
PJTierney replied to ZeroAffex's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0 Support
@ZeroAffex, do you have any screenshots of the error? Also, all the usual details: Platform, specs (if PC) etc. -
It'll be like any other location. Play it offline, online, in Clubs etc.

I did a thing yesterday, not bad considering I only started using the wheel in January 🙂

I think this was the original plan, as one of the achievements (Fire Up That Car... Again) dictated that you had to finish in Tier 1 in an event for the Audi Quattro, which was impossible because there were no events like that. it got fixed of course. I think Scotland is free for everyone though, right? so you wouldn't have to pay for that. I'm 96% sure it's offline. Freeplay or possibly a new tab (like the World Series was, temporarily) Scotland is only in the FLAT OUT pack. It's "free" if you already have a Season. Colin McRae Scenarios get their own tab in main menu. I haven't had a deep dive of it yet but from what I can tell it's a similar structure to Historic Championships with each Scenario behind 4 Tiers. That's what I meant by subjective 🙂 For the vast majority of players, every car in the game is "competitive" if you're quick enough. Yes. Here's a fresh screen for you: I believe this is planned. Clubs are limited to 12 Events per Championship (as that's what the game is limited to). It's a bonus livery as part of the FLAT OUT pack. There may be more 😉

Also means rebalancing all AI, adjusting what AI are available in Career/Custom etc.
-
Top Gear's current season ended last night. usual BBC run of 6 episodes.
-
Fair enough 🙂 Just so you know, FLAT OUT is a complete "pack", containing the 2 SUBARUs, bonus liveries and the 40 Scenarios.
-
Close enough (for the higher ones at least). A good barometer is seeing what AI levels are for Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard are in Custom. Career levels are roughly in the middle of each of these difficulty bands (so Masters would be about 95%), with some variance based on a number of factors (which AI is driving, conditions, car, location etc.). 100% AI difficulty is roughly (to my knowledge and from my experience of doing Career/Historics), less than 5% off human world record pace. In short: if you're competitive against the highest AI number in each band in Custom, you should (provided you don't make too many mistakes) beat the similar band in Career.

Get Good at DiRT Rally 2.0 - Community Rally School
PJTierney replied to SkyRex's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0
A little tip from me. If you're at Monte Carlo at the top of Col de Turini, launching in 2nd gear helps FWD cars gain traction quicker. Worked a treat in the MINI. -
Top Gear usually put clips (like the one above) on YouTube after a while. It was a real good tribute by the way, documented the whole story about the '95 season.
-
Correct. FLAT OUT is being added to every individual Season bundle, so no matter which full Season you get you're unlocking it.

Multiplayer why is "everyone" playing spain and germany?
PJTierney replied to Evopower2's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0
People love some tarmac racing. -
It's also faster and the cars are getting better at maintaining speed at high altitude (through electrification).
-
Will need to check but I believe: Legacy will be in Group A S4 will be in Up to 2000cc The second part of your question I can't answer as it's all subjective.
