1 hour ago, Esa Ahonen said:Also: where can I find info how the Championship points are calculated?
It's a formula that hasn't been made public.
The short version is that points are based on (a) the number of players who took part in a Round and (b) ensuring all players have a unique points value while (c) having bigger gaps for the top players since a "win" is more important.
1 hour ago, Esa Ahonen said:Any info on this?
I'm afraid not, sorry.
I'm aware that the clubs site has display issues and sometimes struggles to pull the data, but not aware of any work being done on it currently (that's not to say it isn't happening, just that I don't know of any work right now).
Side-note: There was a Codemasters Accounts website bug recently where people couldn't add others to Friends Lists. A fix is being tested.

Just did my run at Monte Carlo:
- Position: 656/11,000
- Placement: Top 6%.
That seems pretty good considering this is an extremely competitive Club Championship.
No practice or Tuning Setup either 😉
Felt more like a casual Sunday drive than a hardcore rally, though I really liked attacking the curves through the tarmac-only Stages 7/8/9/10 🙂

Hi there.
Development support on DiRT Rally 2.0 has pretty much ended now, so I would not expect new languages to be added.
If the process is as simple as you say, do you have screenshots of what files could potentially go in what folders?
If it's a "quick job" it might get squeezed in, but would be at the bottom of the priority list.

which level/difficulty of IA I will be facing in than challenge?
AI Challenges use around 50% AI Difficulty I believe, either that or Medium.
Personally, I'm taking more of a liking to the MG Metro 6R4. It's naturally aspirated so you don't have all the complications of driving a turbo-powered car. Very stable too.

Yup, funky limitation of the game 🙂

There's no Season 5 or "Year Two" planned.
The Game of the Year Edition is the complete package.

Having players manually adjust the notes. Not going to happen for this title.
That being said, I know some tweaks are being planned for Scotland calls. I don't know if it's the timing or not, but I know the volume is being addressed based on player feedback.

Can’t recall the stage names off hand, but they’re like 4kms. And the chance of getting them consecutively between service stages without a snow/ice stage is slim to none.
There's a Scenario in the Colin McRae mode where you have a bunch of Tarmac Montes strung together. Perfect time to pick the Softs.

1.14 isn't locked in yet so everything is subject to change.

@UnderclassGDfan has a workaround until it gets patched:
- Set desired difficulty level.
- Reset the first setting in the "Profile Reset" menu. (this causes you to reset your progress in several areas of the game, so I'd advise against it)
- Do the Scenarios in order
- Never touch the difficulty option again
Unless you're impatient like me, wait for 1.14 (some time in May) which may fix this.

Got me my final Achievements in the game 🙂
Kudos to @UnderclassGDfan for the workaround for the Colin Scenario bug (which is being looked into).

Fortunately official club is on a longer cadence, so you're not cramming both in every week 🙂

You can swap for each Round, but once you're in a car for a Stage you're locked in for that Round.
Basically, you can go to the C3 once you start Sweden, but once you drive it you won't be able to swap to another car until you're about to start Greece.

I didn't say that specifically, moreso that I don't think we'll see a new "Colin McRae" game for quite a while.
Then again, who knows. FLAT OUT showed there's still a lot of love out there for Colin 🙂

Assuming all that happened, are you then saying that it would be possible to players to create their own localised text?
