    "Next" DiRT game wishlist!

@couger1981 ,@justbiglee @KickUp Its so annoying,...>-) :| Would love to know if they use or feedback, or ideas ( for example the WRC ultimate rallyteam idea )    :\"> I am giving feedback from December 2011 for the new game, and all i get as answer is: "We can't say anything yet,... we would love to show what we are doing...." Atleast i do know for sure that they listen to our feedback, small example is the other rallycars at the stage in D3, what we asked for after D2, and the Monte Carlo DLC... those where amazing! But a confirmation would be nice..... :D   I can confirm that I am reading this thread, twitter, comments in other forums and articles that mention DiRT. The majority of your wishes and ideas align very well with the game I want to make for you all. Of course budget constraints, licensing, time and resource will mean that we can only do so much but I think it is fair to say that you will thoroughly enjoy what we make. Please remember that I came to work at Codemasters because I loved playing Colin McRae 1, 2 & 3 as a fan. I have spent my entire career working on Rally games. I want to create the best rally game ever made and I don't feel that I have achieved that yet. Getting the chance to compete as a codriver has opened my eyes to aspects of the sport that I took for granted before. Getting @jontucker to join the studio has given us amazing insight into the vehicle dynamics and handling and I am confident we are on the right track. Keep your ideas and wishes coming. We are listening!  ;)

    "Next" DiRT game wishlist!

I don't believe that is entirely correct: DiRT 2 came out two years after McRae died and that had Colin's name on it. Pretty sure it is true Paul said on twitter after DiRT 2 that they were not aloud to use the Colin McRae name anymore @KickUp DiRT2 featured the Colin McRae tribute video but was only called DiRT 2 in the USA (it was Colin McRae: DiRT 2 in other territories). We agreed with the family that we would not continue to use the name for DiRT3. We did however include a number of the cars he drove and offered his legendary Mark 2 Escort as a DLC pack with some of the proceeds going to the Colin McRae Vision charity.  Since then we have released Colin McRae Rally for the iPhone and Android and that involved making an agreement with Colin's family. Colin is still an inspiration to us all. His raw talent, speed and his total commitment to living life to the fullest are key elements in our design ethos for DiRT. Whatever the next game is called, I believe that if Colin was still with us today, he would be as excited as we are about it.
