No matter how bad it is, it'll never be as bad as Saints Row 2 was and still is, it will go down in history as being the worst port ever. To get it to even play without the game going crazy, you had to match CPU clock speed to the same as the Xbox 360 and also disable a core. But even then you couldn't play as it froze every few seconds. Even today with my specs I couldn't get it to run smoothly, modders made it slightly better but Yea, if steam refunds were a thing back then every single person would've got one.

I find them pretty easy even on legend B) Australia was the only tricky one, but that was because I'd only just started playing when I started my career.

Stupid Codemasters, game was PERFECT, then they release a patch which causes replays and flashbacks to lag. GPU usage drops to like 10% and fps goes down to like 4fps :joy: Edit: No wait it gets better, this is hilarious Codermasters

It was worth it, my body didn't think so though. My ticket just arrived :D

Nice email sent to Yeovil from an Everton fan. Football fans get a bad name sometimes, they should take note of this https://twitter.com/YTFC/status/768374715790594048?s=09

You must suck at that track then :p

I agree with first bit, but not about the weather effects. Mind you getting a game like this to run at 60fps on consoles means things have to be dialed back, on PC though it's gorgeous and has never looked better.

I'll be taking lots of pictures. Last time we went we sat at every part of the circuit. I'm not sure if I can do that again though due to my disability, it was the most walking I had done in years and took about a month to recover :joy:

Never had the issue you describe with the safety car and I've had it come out 3 or 4 times. Before you reach the safety car there's a delta time you have to stick to, which means it takes longer to bunch it, again this is a new rule so the same thing happens in real life. When did you do the qualifying sim? I normally do it at the end of p2 or late in P3, I have no trouble hitting it.

It's my fault you keep spending money. I got you into vaping (saved your life) and then into spending more on better audio equipment haha. You will love them though, the neighbours won't :joy:

Yes you little beauty #jealous

Wish I could afford Vive :p

Career mode is where the game shines, I love the practice objectives and there's some actual progression as you spend points on upgrades. It makes it fun staying with 1 team.

Thats not good bud, hope you heal ok. Hospital does suck, I was on traction for a week (the thing where your leg is in the air held up by a weight) worst week of my life. I think F1 16 wipes the floor of all the previous games. I played F1 10 a while back and it looked and felt awful, that bloody wee filter and features that never got fixed.

Yea same, was hoping Luke was coming but it seems like he isn't either.

I don't follow it closely but that is a incredible result.

Exactly 4 weeks from now, @RevolvingPrawn and I will be at Silverstone :D

I was very consistent, very consistent at being crap haha, next time we play I don't plan on being that sloppy. Here's a thought, those jump starts could've been caused by slight lag, as I've only done that online. If there's one thing I haven't lost with my crippled body it's reaction speed. Was brilliant though, at least online isn't a broken mess on PC like 15 was. Nice, wish I had the £££ to get it, but at least I have other games to play while I wait.
-
Not true, I got to 80% before getting one. Its by far their best F1 game though, not sure which other one would come close. @RevolvingPrawn and I just spent 4 and a half hours racing online. Every race was a disaster apart from the last one (for Dave anyway) false starts, crazy at, safety cars, but through it all it was awesome fun. I've already played the game 24 hours since it came out, although there's lots of times I've left the game running as I have to rest.

Just got my first win at China, rain, Hamilton ramming Rosberg out of the race, safety car it had it all. I basically did my stops when Lewis came in to change from inters to Softs. But then the SC came out, I managed to pass Hamilton on the restart, but then a lap later he pitted and put the Hardest tyres on. I carried on with my soft tyres until lap 23, put the super softs on and managed to keep my lead

This is awesome, my first wet race at China, still managed to get a great start. Lap 12 I'm p1, Rosberg goes for the overtake on the back straight, I closed him off and then at the hairpin Hamilton T-boned Rosberg as I watched in my mirrors :joy:
-
Haha too late, already did B) Right normally I'm not that great at China, but I'm doing really well. Now I have the FFB tuned in I can push harder than previous games. Its taken years to get it right, but they have finally created a full F1 experience. Everything works, I haven't experienced bugs, I have had the virtual safety car and safety car come out and it's perfect. You can tell last year they were so focused on getting F1 on the new consoles they didn't have time to do much. Also the PC version is beautiful, last year it was a blurry mess which they tried to fix but couldn't, this year no such issues. If there's one opportunity they missed it's not supporting VR like they added to Dirt. I don't have VR and won't for a long time, but it's enough for some not to buy it even though the game is awesome.
-
You had performance enhancing Tiger blood though. My race got messed up, and it was frustrating. Just before the last corner on the lap I was coming in for my first stop my rear right burst. Up until then I was holding second easily. I lost many places because of it, but managed to fight back and came 4th.

Chris Hughes is on fire, your team is terrified, nanna nnan naana I said I loved this track, but wasn't expecting this.

Must be said the lighting and audio have also taken a huge step forward, Bahrain qualifying looks awesome. The McLaren seems to have that rough sound (which I love) off throttle, not sure if they all sound the same as I've only driven the McLaren but still.
