@platy Ha, true. I'm still thinking I'm going to wait and see if there is going to be a limited edition PS4 MGS bundle, but GTA V, Fifa 15 and having Ground Zeroes is making me almost, almost say "fuck it" and get one early. What's GTA V release date?

@Hughesy A year ago I'd of got it on PC but right now I'm falling out of love with my PC. Coming home from work and sitting at another PC just isn't that great anymore. The idea of coming home, lieing on my sofa and jumping into a game without having to faff about with Windows sounds lovely.

I'll sacrifice graphic fidelity for that.
I get what you're saying but not everyone plays pc games at a desk. I have a big ass comfy recliner and use a wireless k/m and 360 controller. I never have to faff about with windows so I'm not sure what's wrong with yours :p Still whatever's best for you bud. I have all bases covered with PC/PS4 and Xbox One as I have no life  o:) If it wasn't for the fact Console games cost nearly twice as much as PC then I'd probably go back to consoles only, but with all the deals I get from Steam and Greenmangaming I'll pick PC over them.

just played Some Titanfall, the dlc seems to be really good. I feel it's a really underrated game.

I'm very pleased with last night. Pantilimon's save before Brown's own goal was fantastic, but Wesley needs to be put in an old people's home. We got lucky with the Vergini penalty, but it's about time we had some decisions go our way. Considering it could easily have been 8 v 9 at the end of the match I can't complain. Wickham needs to be dropped though.
I'm very happy for you as I hate the Palace manager, and when the fans booed your injured player off I thought that was disgusting.

  3. Titanfall isn't an MMO bud..... ;) it's basically the multiplayer mode like on cod. The season pass dlc is taking ages to download for Titanfall for some reason. Each are around 1.6GB (there's three of them) It started off downloading quick as 10% was done in a few minutes, now it's going slow :(

I really fancy playing the multiplayer in Cod but can't be arsed to buy the game at the moment. Console games cost far too much. I'll have Halo to play soon anyway, maybe I'll play some Titanfall later or even Destiny as I haven't played them for a while. Actually might buy the season pass for Titanfall as its only £5 at the moment for gold member and all the dlc is out. Each one costs £7.99 so I'd be saving loads. :)

Yeah the new COD is a lot like Titanfall from what I've seen of it thus far anyway. Only difference is the fact that COD does have a single player campaign. In the middle of finishing another game at the moment but once done on that I was going to come back and have a  go at doing  the campaign. I've not played Titanfall but based on what I hav seen of it they look similar as you seem to have very similar abilities and tech in both games. I kind of got it as unlike Titanfall it does have a an Single player campaign sa I prefer going up against Ai as it's easier with my disability.

Yeah I'm looking forward to the Halo MCC next week as well

Titanfall does sorta have a campaign but it's a multiplayer one. I haven't got far on it yet but might play it when it's finished installing (haven't reinstalled it since getting my replacement Xbox One) You are more mobile in Titanfall than Cod and you get to be in a big mech (like a transformer) it's good fun. I just hope there's still people playing it otherwise the season pass is useless, was on £5 though and I'm sure people will be playing it as the last expansion only just came out. That's the first good deal ive had with (deals with gold)  Luckily for now anyway my disability doesn't affect my hands like yours, although sometimes I can't play games at all on a bad day :(

Cant wait to play the multiplayer in MCC, as at the time I was addicted to it. The first Xbox was amazing for online gaming compared to PS2.

The T500 pedals are awesome though, or did you mean the T300? The pedals I linked are meant to be pretty good although I haven't tried them myself.
Yeah, for me they would have been great. I have a couple of friends who are into iRacing and that sort of hard-hardcore stuff and they seem to like Fanatec pedals better. So maybe I can get my hands on a set of un-used pedals from the T500 package, and then buy the T300 to go with them.
Every product I've owned from Fanatec has broken, so I won't be going near any of their products again...Dealing with Fanatecs customer service was very stressful  :#

  7. Yep PS4 might use 1080p but framerate suffers. I'd rather have the dynamic res that the X1 versions uses to keep it at 60fps than a constant 1080p with an unstable framerate.  http://www.gamespot.com/articles/xbox-one-call-of-duty-advanced-warfare-runs-smooth/1100-6423355/

  8. Can't be bothered when everything I say gets ignored, the info is easy enough to get from intel website or Google. I already said why he thought it was a quadcore, it uses hyperthreading which you can also find out on Intels website. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/hyper-threading/hyper-threading-technology.html

No surprise, the HP thing isn't a graphics card, it's used just to display an image, like watching a HD film. It doesn't have any Vram.

yeah it does have some just not enough cheers anyways

soz guys missed a .   2.40ghz and yes its quad core i3, at least that's what it says in the description. has 4 processors running at 2.40ghz. told you's im not clued up bout pc's just writing down what I got here, thanks

It doesn't, it just uses the i3 which uses normal ram ie the 8GB of ram you have ;)
it says I have 32mb of dedicated video ram but it needs 2hundred and something :)
I've edited my post about your i3 not being a quadcore btw. That 32mb is part of the i3

Next title in line would be Project Cars I guess. They have listed both the T300 and the T500. Loads of simracers seems to buy the T500 and then use another pedal set, I'll try to find someone who has done that and then buy their pedals, I think.

No word from Codies on what will be supported for F1 2015 I guess?

Yeah, this pretty much sums up what I have learned so far.

I'd really like the T300 with the Ferrari wheel, but the pedal set is really up to par with the wheel it seems.

If I buy the T500, will I be able to use it in the future? That's the big question. I think game devs, console makers and peripheral manufacturers should be a bit more open with their intentions at moments like these when nobody knows what the intention is with support for different hardware.
If a game supports the T300 it'll support the T500. If you feel worried about it buy the T300 and the separate pedals. I agree though, they should be more open about it. If you want it just for PS4, then I'd wait until there's some good racing games. That will give you more time to decide, if you like GT then I guarantee the T500 will be supported, but that won't come out for a few years yet.

You could always have kept the G27 and got this http://maxbuy.cc/

Don't know how good it is or when it will be released but apparently this will make the G27 work on PS4
That just makes it work by emulating a controller, you won't get proper FFB.
I'd rather that than buy a wheel :L
Really? That's silly having a FFB wheel that doesn't have ffb, plus you wouldn't be able to tweak any wheel settings, and you would have controller input filtering which would make a wheel  feel even worse.... I used a similar thing on Xbox 360 using the G27 and it was absolutely awful, you're better off just using a controller.

Does anyone else remember the game "Destruction derby" for the old ps1?

Now that was a childhood memory, hours of my childhood was spent in the Colosseum part doing the last man standing events.
Next Car Game. Check it out.
It's not called that anymore, it's called Wreckfest  :p

Its called Next Car Game: Wreckfrest if you want to get pedantic :p
They've actually changed it to Wreckfest, but kept the original part so people didn't get confused apparently :p

  15. I thought that playsation were letting the game designers decide if a certain wheel can be used with the games they make, whilst it may not be an official recognised wheel for the ps4 if the game allows its use then you should be fine. that's what Logitech say on there website concerning there Ferrari F1 wheel which is not officially recognised by ps4. and that's why I pushed codies to make sure its useable with the 2015 game but no responses.

not saying this is fact im just going with what Logitech say regarding the f1 wheel

The G27 is not supported and won't ever work on PS4.

Is there a chance there will be a replacement for the T500 with new brushless engines?
I have no idea, maybe but not for a while considering they've recently released two wheels. My T500 is still as good as the day I bought it. You can't (or I can't) feel the differnce between it and my TX. The ffb is slightly smoother but not as strong as the T500rs (the T300 is the same wheel as the TX but for PS4) Both are better than the G27, so if you could afford to buy extra pedals then the T300 is good.

The only game on PS4 that supports wheels is DriveClub at the moment and that isn't all that great. You could always wait to see if a new T500 comes out while there isn't good racing games on PS4

@justbiglee‌ Is this going to be like Micro Machines then? If so that's awesome, as my brother and I would play that for hours and hours when we were young  :)
    http://blog.codemasters.com/toyboxturbos/10/announcing-toybox-turbos-woo/
If you were a fan of MM then you'll love it, we even added in a retro topdown camera :D
Nice, I only noticed it the other day, it looks great fun o:) My brother and I were so competitive when playing it. I might be older now, but I'm never too old to play a game like MM (Toybox Turbos), :)

I recently sold my G27 since there is no support for it on PS4. I am now thinking of getting the T500 as a replacement. Does anyone have any insights into how the support for this wheel will be for future titles on the system?

I actually would like the T300, which seems to be as close to an official wheel for the PS4, but the pedal set really puts me off!

All insights and speculations is wanted!
You could buy the T300 and then buy some better pedals http://www.thrustmaster.com/en_UK/products/t3pa-add. The T500rs is awesome, miles better than the G27 and the pedals are really nice. I also have the TX wheel for Xbox One (which also came with crap pedals) but I use my T500 pedals with it. The T500rs should be compatible with every racing game that the T300 is, as they use the same driver.

Id say the T500rs pedals are better than the ones you can buy, as they are completely metal, and can be inverted so they're like what you get in a normal car. I have them set like that as it feels more natural to me.
