Anyone staying up to watching Skyscraper live? Loved the first one over the Grand Canyon, so this one should be awesome. How he's going to do it blindfolded I do not know.... :# -
Can't disagree with that, but you have to be an arrogant so and so in F1 sometimes to be the best o:) My mate worked at a track when Lewis was Karting, and he was apparently very arrogant back then. ;)jordieDAFC said:
Oh right, probably is. I supported Hamilton when he was at Mclaren, but he changed as a person and i just find him really unlike-able now :LHughesy said:

Well, i'd rather Kmag or Perez won it, but Rosberg will have to do for this season :LRevolvingPrawn said:

Yea I agree, I just wish they were atleast 12 hours long and then I'd buy it each year. Saying that I did love the story in Bad Company, especially the first one.RevolvingPrawn said:@sjsharp2010, tbh, I've always though out of the 2 biggest shooters that CoD has better single player stories than Battlefield. -
God sake... He's best In the sport (THIS SEASON) how many more times..... And Ive seen you argue with a few people lately, and as you clearly don't read my posts properly I'm done. Also you aren't new, you had a different name and got banned, or started a new account BlackMambaSamuelTrautman said:Hughesy said:

Well you completely read my post wrong and then kept going on, I was talking about this season so yes Hamilton is the most successful. Seeing your other posts recently is why I said you like an argument ;)SamuelTrautman said:argument, jeez im not arguing with you hughesy. lighten up man, each to there own and all that jazz -
But you clearly read my post wrong, I'm talking about this season, not overall but you clearly like to argue with everyone so hay hoRevolvingPrawn said:SamuelTrautman said:

Yea won't be long until Ricciardo is a champion, he's awesome imo. I love it when he wins as he's also a really nice guy, always smiling :D
I can agree with that. Rosberg's quali record this year shows that he can beat Hamilton in quali, but the 10 wins to 4 wins really does just say it all about the races.VetteIfan said:
Over a single lap Rosberg at 90% of tracks is totally on the same level as Hamilton. Hamilton just takes it to a new level in the races. Which is not the way around I'd have expected that to be pre-season.RevolvingPrawn said:Good race, the best man won imo, and Rosberg showing that he's just not on the same level as Hamilton.
If we're talking best race craft though, Riccardo smokes everyone as far as I'm concerned at the moment.
Ricciardo is just a boss really. He's been brilliant this season, and honestly, I'd be quite happy to see him win a WDC, or even 4 ;)
Btw, have you picked out a nice avatar? Not long to go now :p -
How? Hamilton is P1 in the championship........... That's what I meant but hay please do carry on I never said he's the best Driver ever. He's also got the most wins for a British driver.SamuelTrautman said:Hughesy said:

at this moment Vettel is the most successful :) just to clear that up lol and tbh I think everyone (with an impartial view on the sport) agrees Alonso is best, vettel 2nd and Hamilton 3rd.cue the abuse lulzzz

Never seen Rosberg as a champion. Never seen him stand out, he's only at the front now as the car is fast. Ricciardo and Bottas are much better drivers than him. Hope Bottas replaces Rosberg in the future, after all Toto is his manager :) -

Hamilton showing his quality again, he's a much better racer than Rosberg. On top of that he's the most successful British racing driver in terms of wins now. -
And again I just scored another awesome free kick! I'm on s role lol had to record this one as I loved it :D -
Have you played it? No... It's funny how other devs can release games yearly and they don't get as much hate. I haven't bought cod games for 3 or 4 years, but this one looks good. It's been in development for 3 years so isn't a rushed game like normally. I refuse to judge a game until I've seen or played it. Jumping on the hate bandwagon is the cool thing to do these day it seems :pjordieDAFC said:COD and good game? hmmm....

Let me know how it is, not sure if I'll get it but still would like to know.sjsharp2010 said:preloading COD Advanced Warfare looks like it could be a good game
Driving the 2012 Mini John Cooper Works GP in Horizon 2 is so much fun. Of all the cars I've driven in the game, this is my favourite. Sliding it around corners then putting full opposite lock on and letting the wheel come back around, and catching it feels awesome. I'd say this game has some of the best FFB effects ever (including PC sims) -
@justbiglee Is this going to be like Micro Machines then? If so that's awesome, as my brother and I would play that for hours and hours when we were young :)

Yea but it shouldn't take a few minutes for the PC the recognise it. I suspect it's going to get worse although I hope it doesn't. Mine was ok but it started getting worse and worse, the TX does have a high failure rate. I'm not sure why Grid Autosport doesn't recognise it though as it should.NhraRacer said:
The wheel works great on pcars and AC although when i start pcars the game takes a couple minutes to start up for some reason when wheel is on. lol . Haven't really tried any others besides ga. Really weird stuff.Hughesy said:
Nope mine doesn't do that. My first TX wheel was faulty, it sometimes wouldn't work on Xbox One, it would calabrate and then switch off and sometimes be off centre. On PC it stopped working while playing Project Cars, I didn't think it was a problem with the wheel as Pcars is only in Beta but it then started having other gremlins, then started not showing up at all. I'd say your wheel might be faulty as your PC should recognise the wheel right away after calibration. Have you tried it with other racing games or sims?NhraRacer said:
Thanks for the reply. Yep when i got the wheel i installed the latest firmware and drivers and that was just about a wwek ago. Here is an odd thing too. When i start the wheel and want to use it in pc games i have to start the wheel, open the wheel control panel, wait a few minutes for the wheel to be recognized in the control panel and then i can start the game. Same with you? Also, do you start your wheel and then start ga?Hughesy said:
Works fine for me, do you have the latest TX driver and firmware? Not sure that makes a difference but it is supported and mine works fine.NhraRacer said:Hey guys. Is the Thrustmaster tx supported in ga? It doesn't recognize it on start up. Thanks

To your last question, you should always have the wheel plugged in before starting a game otherwise the force feedback may not work. -

@sjsharp2010 Just scored a cracking free kick against Arsenal in the Europa Cup quarter-final. If I could I would've jumped out of my seat with joy lol They have been dominating me all game but that goal came from nowhere, so was awesome. I'm in the 65th minute so need to hold on, it's only the first leg but as I'm at home I don't want them to score :#
Edit: Arsenal just had a player sent off! Hope that makes it easier, I'm debating whether I should try and score more now. -

Thanks for the explanation @justbiglee - I understand that a standard NDA wouldn't be changed for this occasion...The NDA is a complicated bit of paper, as a blanket rule its easier not to talk about anything full stop but I didn't want that to lock the guys out of the forum all together.
I have told them what they can and can't say (which is next to nothing) and to ask me before posing anything if they aren't sure if they should say it but I did stress not to talk in riddles or drop hints. I know you guys all want to know, believe me we all want to tell you but for now could you go easy on the guys who came in and not try and read into what they are saying too much. It could land them in a lot of trouble and more importantly me in a lot of trouble and I'm fast running out of lives :p
I wish we could get a hint on when the lucky trio will be ungagged...?
P.S. This is PAGE 50 of DiRTy Gossip - it seems that people who are eagerly waiting for the next game have a wild imagination... -
And they have to pay for tyres now, when it was Bridgestone they didn't. When I was a kid there were always exciting small teams with exciting young drivers, now the small teams need paid drivers just to survive... -
Agreed, I'm sure he'd just sit there taking it up the arse if he had a struggling team, not..... Teams wouldn't even be thinking about it if the big teams didn't hold all the power. They want to race but if the others aren't going to listen then I see no other way. The big 5 ruining the sport for the fans! I'll stop watching if we only have big teams with three cars each and I'm sure many others would, it's just not F1.alonsofan46 said:Quite an interesting interview from Bob Fernly on Sky. Looking like they really cold boycott the race. And a pretty idiotic one from Mario Andretti following that. -
It won't, I'd be surprised if any AAA games support it. You need a really high resolution and a very high framerate, the PS4 isn't powerful enough for that and still have decent graphics. I wouldn't be surprised if Morpheus was for PS5Awong124 said:I hope F1 2015 will have Project Morpheus and Oculus Rift support. -
Why are you playing it when you get the first one in the MCC?sjsharp2010 said:Yeah the whole Halo experience is good I'm almost finished Halo 1 just got to blow up the Pillar of Autumn to destroy the Halo in Halo 1 then I think I'm done. I've still got to work my way through 2 though. I find the Flood more difficult to kill than the standard Covenant enemies. Generally I just let them kill each other off though first and pick up the pieces. I find the vehicles challenging to drive as well but it is a fun game. Tricky last segment though as I kept getting killed trying to do it and get the game finished last night but I'll give it another crack today
The only thing I'm not looking forward to is downloading the 20GB day 1 update.
The Game Thread!
