Just finished playing through SOMA again, I'm now craving a follow up. It's not often you get a tense horror game like that which also has a great story, especially if you search everywhere for little bits of hidden back stories. -
At least it doesn't look like a thong... I still don't agree with the FIA that F1 needs it. I hope there's some kind of cooling duct for the drivers. -
First thing to do is punch some trees and also pick up rocks from the ground to make a pick axe. But for a proper guide this is pretty good. Ah I miss so much the feeling of hopeless and not having a clue what to do, 1000 hours later it still my favourite sandbox crafting game. I have half the bits I need to build a server PC for Ark in the future rather than renting one.

So today my mum was traveling up to Yorkshire for a small holiday, she was 40 miles away when she had a car accident. Her brakes completely failed, she had her foot to the floor on the brakes and the car didn't slow down, she went into the back of another car. Thankfully everyone is ok which is the main thing, but it's very worrying that a 6 month old VW Golf brakes failed..... -
Awesome, glad you enjoyed it. The atmosphere in it is amazing, so I do hope they make a follow up. It's obviously not an action packed game, but it just draws you in. Talking about it has made me want to go through it again, need something strong to take me away after the day I've had, but I'll talk about that in the stuff thread. -
Miss the old section so much. We walked on it when we went to BTCC.Mexicola said:Bring back bridge corner and everything will be sweet. That new section they added in 2010 is physical nonsense. -
Think I'm going to buy a 4K TV soon, even though my current TV isn't even a year old. I rushed to buy one after my last one blew up, but very much regret buying another 1080P TV. I'd also use it for my PC, I wanted to get a nice Gsync monitor, but the prices are insane. So I'd replace my monitor and TV, which would also give me more room. -
Bullcrap, you're telling me this wasn't on purpose? It had nothing to do with other riders, look how much room he has on his left, it was a disgraceful move. It doesn't matter if Sagan is a big name, he can't be given special treatment, otherwise they end up looking like the FIA and Ferrari ;)MBKF1 said:Anyone watching the Tour de France? If you are and haven't seen what's going on, I'll whack my comment in a spoiler. While the crash today was terrible and Sagan was wrong to stick his elbow out, I really think disqualifying him outright from the race is a bit much. He wasn't the proper cause of the accident, he was reacting to the other rider coming across, and you can tell part of the elbow was for stability. I think the original 30 second penalty + exclusion from the stage was suitable.
Disqualifying him is only going to hurt the Tour de France as a brand too. Sagan is the most exciting rider on the whole tour, a world champion, an all-round brilliant rider. They can't afford not to have him!

After playing Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen for a few days I absolutely love it. It has the best combat I've ever experienced in a RPG, fighting monsters is so much fun. The voice acting and story isn't great, but everything else I love, absolute bargain for £10. -
Many reasons. One being the rise in hate crime, one such incident I witnessed and had to give a police statement. Another being I don't trust the Tories to get a good deal. I was too uneducated on what being part of the EU gives us, that's on me and I very much regret it. I was too narrow minded on the negatives, rather than looking at all the positives. I know a lot of people who voted to leave but regret it, yet won't actually admit it as they don't want everyone saying I told you so. -
Well you read the tone wrong then, as I do regret voting to leave. -
I did indeed.... Make of that what you will ;) -
This is heartbreaking. All the money that was spent upgrading the track and F1 owners can't be bothered to help them...

Pretty crazy stats. I'd also say if they re-ran the referendum remain would win, people that I know who voted leave have since changed their minds, not that it matters now.

The Irish have such a lovely vocabulary -
I went to play it last night, but my medication kicked in big style and made me sleepy, it doesn't normally effect me like that :joy:
Playing it now and absolutely love it. I've never seen such great monster animations, pretty cool for a game originally on last gen consoles. The way you can climb monsters and attack is awesome. The terrain textures are pretty low quality, but that was to be expected. Great fun so far :) -
Just bought Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen on PC. I was going to buy it when it was released on PC last year but forgot about it, so I'm looking forward to playing it. Except the textures the graphics look awesome, especially when the original was a last gen console game. -
Oh I will, if only there was such a night like in the film The Purge :joy: -
@RevolvingPrawn So I have a new neighbour. He's 26 and in a wheelchair, it's a 1 bedroom bungalow, already my bastard of next door neighbour has shown his true colours. The day the new guy moved in my next door neighbour sent him a welcome card, then this morning I heard him say why should a bloke like that get a bungalow. He really does have a hatred for disabled people and is a cowered who won't say shit to someones face.

Wow it's exactly 10 years since the smoking ban in pubs came into effect. I remember my local pub did a smoking themed night, I've never seen so many light up at the same time, that night alone probably took 10 years off my life :joy: -
Nope that was a separate thing bud, I know that is a hoax already. This new info has nothing to do with that Facebook post ;)

So uhh I was correct...sjsharp2010 said:
well some of the VA's have actually been called back in to record lines for DLC Cora's VA actually tweeted it some time ago so something is coming but they haven't said what yet. My guess would be at least a DLC linked to the quarian ark but that's just a guess. Plus they don't use full teams to work on DLC's apparently anyway. So once the games out it frees a lot of the teams and staff to be moved elsewhere and onto other projects because apparently they're also into pre-production on the next Dragon Age game as well.Hughesy said:
They aren't making DLC from what I've seen, only stuff for multilayer. Most of the team has been moved to Battlefront 2 support team.sjsharp2010 said:
yeah they've been talking about this a lot on the BSN forum today. Think it shows how talented the guys at Bioware really are when they can put together a game like MEA when put under that much pressure. Especially considering it is still a pretty decent game despite it's flaws. Not perfect mind you and it's flaws do show quite a bit but they have done a decent job. Hopefully they can kind of get a chance to make up for it though by delivering a couple of decent DLC's kind of like what they did when DA2 fell short but only time will tell I guess. They are still working and patching the game up though so there is still hope as there's a new patch incoming soon for it in fact I think tomorrow as they released some patch notes yesterday for it.Hughesy said:No wonder Mass Effect Andromeda was so rough, this is really poor from EA. To create what they did in so little time is an achievement, but I bet working conditions were poor, something EA got into trouble for years back.

Been playing Zelda A Link Between Worlds today on 3DS, such a fun game. It probably makes the best use of the 3D effect compared to any game I've played. It sucks that 3D didn't get mainstream appeal on other platforms like consoles or PC, as when done properly it really sucks you into the game. I have the same fear for VR which is why I haven't bought one. -

So 19 of the drivers are showing up I've heard, the one that isn't is Hamilton. That's not great from him, especially with it being at home.
Edit: This doesn't actually say 19 of them adware showing up, but it's still not good from Hamilton.
