  1. Hi everyone,

    If you're looking for a fun, friendly community that offers competitive yet clean racing then look no further, at PSORC (PlayStation Online Racing Championships) you can race in a very open and successful league;

    All we require new racers to do is complete a screening event with a few staff members; this allows us to filter out 'unfair' and 'dirty' racers to avoid incidents and to keep the community whole. Our elite staff members provide the best care for our members along with the content that keeps our members hooked to the forum (We're always posting)

    We recently moved to a new site and server just before the new year, so our clean and sleek website is always available to our members and looks gorgeous too.

    Now onto the racing side of the league...

    We race at 8pm on a Wednesday (UK time)
    50% Race Distance with 15 minute qualifying
    Rules include; Safety Cars and Corner cutting only
    Most assists are allowed, expect; braking assist and pit assist

    Our most recent rules and regulations (for season 6 on F1 2014) can be found HERE

    Our F1 2015 sign-up thread!

    If  F1 2015 isn't enough, we also have a Project CARS league as well...so check that out too

    If you have any questions or want more information, check our site or reply to this thread/or PM me.

  3. As a massive Formula One fan and a massive racing game supporter, I feel CM are the best people for the job of producing an accessible and fun racing expereince, however a few vital features/actions are really putting their licence and Formula One games at risk;

    Something that was keen and proactive in pervious CM/SL titles have been discarded and leaves the game with less less and less features each year. Paddock, interviews, FP1/2 all that stuff.

    The EGO engine is old and out of date and has been since about 2012, since then the features have stopped and so has the train on which keeps the fanwagon going. Its good that F1 is on next gen but I feel its 1-2 titles too late for that. Every PS console has had a F1 title at launch, 2014 should of been on next gen, there's no lies there.

    2015 is a big year for CM and F1 video games. If this fails there's no turning back. A lack of updates for previois titles and not much community interaction with CM devs has really stopped and we should be having screens and even information about the 2015 game by now if its due after the first couple of rounds.

    2014 is going in the right direction but we can't determine how good CM is by the fact that a game is released on a old console with far less capability for more features/calculations.

    It'll come together, but hopefully it's not too late.

    Cmon CM pull your finger out and surprise us with a damn good game!

  4. So what is PSORC? (PlayStation Online Racing Championships)

    PSORC is a racing league for PS3/4 racers to compete with some of the finest gamers there are. Our friendly community allows for some great banter between fellow F1 fans, either when competing on the track or on discussing opinions on the forum.

    We have been in service for over two and a half years, and our old site had over 200 members by the time we moved to our new site, PSORC.com. Our league features a very friendly and welcoming community who have a massive passion for racing games and motorsports, so if you're a fanatic then why not join today.

    PSORC.com is proud to announce the introduction of the PSORC F1 Season 6 forum!

    Due to the lack of news about Formula 1 2015 and with it's release around the corner (in the next sort of 3 months) and of course season 5 coming to the end, we have to think for season 6.

    As the release of F1 2015 is different to any CM F1 titles, it means we cannot run the usual. October-March, April to September system.

    Quick Summary of changes.

    Full rules and regulations will be posted in between season 5 ending and the first race of season 6, same goes to calendar.

    Season 6

    - Season 6 will be on Formula 1 2014 not 2015.
    - Season 6 will have a minimum of 5 races and a maximum of 19. (Depending on the F1 2015 release) and will run in the usual order (AUS-UAE)

    Season 7
    - Once F1 2015 is out the racing on F1 2014 will STOP , if  F1 2015 comes out on a Friday (UK) the following race will still go ahead but racing will conclude after that event.
    - F1 2015 championship will start 2 weeks after the final F1 2014 event.
    - F1 Season 6 will feature ALL 2015 championship circuits/rounds.
    - All drivers on F1 2015 must RECORD (Share button) and may have to show evidence to the stewards if asked, failure to do so, will be punished.

    Questions are always welcomed in the league discussion thread about F1 2015
