I think it'd be awesome if CM took a year off and made a game that was F1 career challenge 2009-2015.

This would take a while, but they already have 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 cars done, along with all the additional features like helmets and tracks. This would make me want to do the whole career. And you'd get teams coming and going from 2009-2010, so that'd be awesome.

Another nice feature would be drivers changing teams, it would keep it interesting. I'd like to see the podium, that'd be cool, especially in 1st person. I'd like to hear the crowd a bit more. At the British GP there is always tons of noise when Hamilton or Button pass by, this should be reflected in game for the drivers at their home tracks. If I am Alonso at spain, I want to hear the crowd a bit more, especially in 2014 with quieter engines.

Hearing news and gossip in between races would be nice (The calender system FIFA uses could be used to do this), you could have statements from teams about certain topics, Pirelli could release the tyres to be used. Opinions on things from Legends in game or experts.
A bit of commentary before the sessions begin and after they end pointing out certain results etc.

It is hard to get immersed in the game because there is very little immersing stuff. Right now it is Do this race, then do that race, then that race with nothing in between, no news, no gossip, no nothing. Driver interviews post race would be cool to have back,

There is so much they could do with these games, and then online needs doing too, that needs a new mode to keep people playing.

I know some people are saying they want FP1 and FP2 and honestly for me I don't care about either of them, I generally skip them and only do FP3 for upgrades and a little practice anyway. I want more than minor additions.
Αlso, you should be able to rant about the Pirelli tyres :P

  2. Tell you what though, Goat Simulator is pretty hefty on the system! My laptop can play F1 2013 with a mix of medium and high graphics at a solid 50 FPS. Goat Simulator on a mix of low and medium settings was giving me about 15 FPS at times :p

Either it's hefty, or just really badly optimised... Probably that ;)
I think it's goat to be the 2nd one..

Half decent race. Annoyed Vettel retired, as at least 3rd would've been a near certainty after his great start, but whatever. 6 mechanical issues for the RB and Vettel has encountered all 6 of them, I get the feeling something just isn't meant to be this year.

On the upside, Hamilton was hilarious today. I thought he'd turned a corner after last year but after seeing today if that's all it's going to take for him to lose his head this year perhaps Rosberg has a better chance at this title than even I thought. Mega job from Bianchi as has been mentioned, bad luck once again for JEV and Raikkonen.
The difference to the Lewis from 2011 is that he finished the race in 2nd, so he got the maximum out of the race. For most of the race he was right behind Rosberg and seemed at least as quick as him. The only reason he won this race, was because he cheated in qualifying. He got away with it now, he won't get away with it anymore.

So keep your premature joy to yourself. Otherwise I'll be the first one to rub it into your face if Lewis wins this WDC.
No he didn't , if he cheated , he would have been penalised , and he wasn't.
So why was Senna penalised that time in Japan which robbed him of the win?  think it might have been 1989
Because Prost had good "connections" to the FISA/FIA..
