I don't feel ashamed to have platinum F1 trophies indeed🤣 but this year some trophies are terrible. The showman one took ages, now doing sportsman one and tonight the league, and that's another platinum. but the league trophy is stupid. Forcing people to do something they don't want, can't because of time, or are "scared". Leagues sound already for a lot of people like elite and all that, so the threshold is way higher to join, and forcing them that they MUST do it and also finish top3 puts pressure on people they don't want. it's a stupid trophy

If you feel like opening 200+ lobbies for that 1 lobby where someone is driving with no assists be my guest. Lobbies is dramatic in form of filtering and showing what assists are used. Now you have to open each lobby, go to assist tab and when it's not what you want and back out YOU GO TO THE FRIGGIN HOMESCREEN IN STEAD OF BACK TO LOBBIES! whoever designed that needs to be fired. Omg. and screw business model. F1 is a FAN sport, and FANS want a so close to real SIMULATION. That includes handling.

I get you, but i'm maybe just a harsh ****, but beeing nice never got people anywhere so.... i bet 99,99% of people with MASTER "skill" level are using assists. These are the ones who outbreak you on the grass or go full throttle where its impossible to do it normally without TC, and so on. putting a cap on it is also a good idea, max 3bronze, want to go up? Git gud. Learn to develop some actual skill. now the term "SKILL" level is more an indication of who's assist user. having a master SKILL level when using assists totally brings down the value and meaning of calling it SKILL level. It's just condesending to the people who actually took the time to develop actual skill in whatever way whatsoever. don't call it skill level.

If they would even begin with online lobbies stabilisation, and SPLIT RANKED lobbies for assist and non assist users, would be a huge step forward and would make me even consider going for it. but since online has never been something important to CM and just throws everyone in 1 lobby, not caring about the advantages people with assists have in so many ways. i decided to wait for a loooong time before even thinking of buying it. When it's like 5 bucks or so. more than that isn't worth my money i think because of the quality beeing horrendous. i don't care about pretty clouds, or a my team, or that ********. I want to be heard, and shown that they for ONCE do something with critisism, especially now the series is also beeing destroyed by real f1 drivers. I care about beeing able to race in a stable online lobby, without assist abusing people who use it as a form of cheating (especially when youre on wheel) just to believe and think they are fast and good. But hey how can you call it cheating when CM gives them all the tools to give them a fake feeling of what FAST really is. and those people are all online with their so called "master" SKILL! There's no skill involved in using assists and people who use them shouldn't be even able to get 1 skill point whatsoever. you want ranked lobby? Fine, system turns assists off automatically. You want skill points? You have to earn them with actually showing SKILL. Else the term SKILL points is USELESS AND WORTHLESS! Like it is now. All those so called masters. Don't make me laugh

That corner is normally 3rd gear, i always shortshift back to 2nd and back up so the diff will turn the car a little bit more around. these cars chassis and downforce is so fundamentally different from 2018 and 17, don't compare handling model. Almost every corner is 1 gear lower than previous years. This way you keep more "drive" in the car through the corner corners: slow in:fast out

Albon: Codemasters are gonna love that Norris: NOT REALLY... so how many REAL drivers are just humiliating CM right now? Are those the SIMRACERS who also love YOUR HANDLING MODEL? it must be just so humiliating and embarassing to hear this out loud from actual drivers, if not, well... then their heads are deeper in a place where the sun don't shine than I thought🤣🤣🤣 and well, leclerc isn't just some driver but a huge talent which drives for one of the most iconic teams in F1. It's not an Grosjean who thinks Ericsson hit him. if i was a dev and my product is beeing so destroyed by real drivers, I would do anything possible to make the next game something that drivers say ***! Like I keep saying: Hulkenberg! He has tons of experience, has knowledge of recent cars and handling model, and has always good feedback. plus when even HE says that driving without TC is like driving on ice, I would take his word 10000 times over anyone at CM. Davidson is outdated. Button could also be an option, but when someone is available who raced cars with the same downforce levels, you'd be stupid not to ask for his input

That bump is in for how long? 5 or 6 years? let that be an indication of how long it takes for CM to "fix" something

Not strange at all. I drive an automatic for my work, and I even use my left foot for braking as it gives me a quicker response time. but gaming overall with racers and shooters, you eye/hand/foot coordination becomes and stayes better and faster imo. i think its one of the reasons why i drive around 100.000 kilometers per year without accidents (which are my fault) for 22 years now

Yeah those esport series are 20 players in the same arena, on a LAN system. No interference whatsoever. but when it comes to the real deal, with REAL situations, like home... come on, You (I mean CM, not Up100) fail so hard and emberrass yourself so hard when people all around the world can see how terrible the online system is?

And this reply isn't acting like a smartass? Calling people out to make a better game? Sorry but omg, how's that not shortsighted? WE buy the product THEY build, we pass on issues found by us and/or pro's / F1 drivers about the terrible handling. We pay for something, so we may expect what they promise. People are even giving ideas like hiring someone like Hulkenberg to better replicate the handling model. The real massa was also always good at complaining and pointing blame at everyone else.

Thats why open beta is best, since then it will be tested in the real circumstances. but esports ready would be always best with dedicated servers. It would make esports more credible.

The best way to really BETA test things is an open BETA where everyone can test what's their biggest issue, and at the same time look for flaws in your online lobby system. Closed BETA'S don't help when you stress test servers or connections or how your netcode will react. an open beta is the best solution. closed BETA with all the secrecy is like you have something to hide when it's not good, and still don't care enough about the feedback anyway to release it still. How many times people said here and on other media that they adressed a lot of issues present in the game tht were also in the beta proves this even more. But they can't say anything because of the NDA. And the NDA gives the freedom to just release the game with all the flaws.

If that Schumacher content is just as incredible and gives you that WOW factor like the Senna VS. Prost content, this will be the best game ever. *end sarcasm mode*
