Problem is that I'm a F1 lover from since the 80's, and have all F1 installment game available on hardcopy. Hobby which got out of hand. But when I buy something, i use it too, else my playseat and all would be worthless. And yes my critisism is last games, but every single year that same guy comes on video's stating how much they have changed, how much they improved, blablabla, and every year THE SAME ******** happens again. Safety car anyone? normally you'd say and think if this happens every year again, someone would learn from it. Handling/online/netcode/diety drivers/ broken penalty system/ffb which gets worse every patch the list goes on and on and on... And every year THE SAME! there's a saying: Once is a mistake, the following times IT'S A CHOICE. And I will keep saying my opinion, based on facts, because I have a love for the sport itself and when I see CM stating lies and all the great new features, when they first should tackle all the FLAWS, like HANDLING to name one, all they care about is money money money. let them for once put their money where their mouth is and actually proof that they DO give a damn about what we all are asking for here? Which is a GOOD STABLE game, with exceptionall handling system, and I will be the first to openly apologize on this forum. and yes, unlike CM, I DO put my money where my mouth is at.

The headline feature should be a good and stable game with implementations based on what people wished for on this forum. like stable online experience with split lobbies for on thing. Since this years regulations are stable, this would be an opportunity to finally bring something which showed that WE, the fans are heard. And that CM would do anything to stabilize the game. it gave you the possibilty with a good foundation to build further on. most of us don't care about my team, they want a good online experience, they want a stunning handling model, FFB that actually works, and so on... CM should spend their resources on building a game based on critics from simracers and actual F1 drivers. Hire Hulkenberg since his experience with the recent cars can be transferred over to the handling model. what's the use of my team, when the rest is still the same old rubbish?

What's an assumption on the LIE that simracers (and even REAL F1 drivers) "LOVE" the handling model? It's just stated on facts. That's a pretty ignorant statement when 2 official F1 drivers are destroying the game on youtube and even delete it LIVE! Nico Hulkenberg even uses TC "because without TC the handling and driveability is like on ice and NOWHERE NEAR REALISTIC" well, I tend to believe some REAL and ACTUAL F1 drivers over a statement that simracers LOVE the handling model. How are you even able to make such a statement when real drivers are saying things like this. Pretty ignorant IMHO. PLUS: experiences from ALL past games in which almost every year the same bugs happen and every patch breaks it more and more, doesn't have to make you a rocket scientist to be cynical, negative, sarcastic and or not trusting towards CM anymore. sorry but they have caused this themselves with how they "listen to the community" or in other words "don't care about what we say for years". And lying about the handling model that simracers love doesn't make it look any better. every year it's all pretty words and sweet talk, and in the end THE FACTS are the proof. Nobody believes those empty words and statements anymore, based on their own experiences. You could see this coming from miles away. People simply don't believe it anymore. And that's not their fault.

I think they haven't seen that video of lando and max deleting f1 2019 yet🤣 or their comments on this so called handling that our simulation players love. I can't help to feel somewhat offended by that line, along with so much more SIMULATION players, since we have been stating how TERRIBLE the handling is, NOTHING POSITIVE LET ALONE USE THE WORD LOVE. FFS, even when real F1 drivers call the handling ANYTHING except GOOD, then you're blatantly ignorant. Isn't there some rule against false advertising? Because making that statement when all around the world people (from simracers to real f1 drivers) are destroying the awful handling model, is just flat out LYING!

Ps4, not really much you can do. It's just one of those glitches that pops up sometimes. Same when in online, FFB can be good, someone with a ***** connection enters the lobby and every feeling instantly dissapears. But on PS4 you can't do a lot. connect it to pc, update the firmware, and set overall ffb to default as do the rest. perhaps resetting the wheel in bootloader to write complete clean file may help. further is there nothing you can do.

What I mean is he is a free driver with tons of knowledge of the cars and handling. And when you want to go big with esports and all thag stuff, you need driver input who knows how a car handles in real life so you can simulate it in the best possible way.

Well, anyone could see already from the start something was terribly wrong when the timing shows people minutes or laps behind after 50 meters from the start and they way cars were "moving" on screen. if I was the developper, i would look for an uninhabitated island and go there to feel embarrased as hell.

Well, Hulk isn't like a rookie right? They need to get people like him in to help develop the true handling model of the cars. With all respect, but Davidson is out way too long to even remotely come near the knowledge of the handling model of the past F1 cars. Hulkenberg would be a golden asset in this case. Though he never had a podium, he was always a constant driver who drove for multiple teams and knows the differences between good and bad cars.

Well... that license isn't going anywhere else for a long time sadly. we can hope that CM finally opened their eyes after this embarrassment, but i highly doubt it. I will bet that they will send out a press release out "what a enormous success the race was and how excellent the game performed" let's hope they embarass themselves more this way so everyone on social media can burn them down and maybe F1 will reconsider the contract. But that's wishfull thinking. looking at all our efforts and their ignorance at whatever we point out, CM won't change a thing. F1 2020 will be the same joke as the rest when it comes to online. Mark my words. And don't get me wrong, but when Lando and Max BOTH online are negative about this game, when it's obvious that other official F1 drivers aren't even interested in joining these races, but rather spend their time on another online race sim, should be a wake up call. but as CM does al those years is take the easy way out, and make an online abomination and whoever critizes them, they don't care. Because of they did, they would have build something good and learned from their failures in stead of beeing ignorant.

I have to agree with OP (sadly). The virtual GP was a joke. After the warmup lap people were already timed 1 lap behind. After lap 1 the number 2 was according to the timing 1.53 minutes behind😱 and others already lapped which is offcourse a joke. Not to talk about how the cars "move" on screen. Jezus cars were teleporting all over the place and stuttering. the start itself: we see lights already out, 5 seconds later the field starts. This stream only proves again to CM what we're saying for years. ONLINE IS TRASH! You just need to watch this stream and you can only agree with all the comments and critisism from everyone. thing is... now that this was worldwide advertised and a lot more people watched (or tried to watch) have now seen what CM has always tried to sweep under the rug and be ignorant about. I hate to say I told you so... no I don't hate it this time. WE TOLD YOU SO! And now you crashed and burned in front of a whole lot more people. this is just really E-Sports unworthy in every way you can think of, and there's no excuses for it.

That's because it's full for bronze. It goes up certain levels, and then it's done until you reach silver, then it resets. If you look at your superlicense, the wins will count up. for your poles it means when you get another one, the bar resets and will say that now you need 10 poles to complete it. those counters are just for extra XP to level up faster.

If they all don't lag out or other weird stuff🤣 wouldn't be the best advertising for CM They should also turn Ai on in online! Would be funny as hell! 🤣

The Ai is not that Intelligent online. Far from. They're sometimes more stupid than the biggest noob, and more filthy and dirty than the dirtiest driver online to be found. i just don't understand why people do in fact turn Ai on online:

If you ise Equal performance on cars, it doesn't matter if he's in a mercedes or williams. what assists is everyone using? If nobody except him is using them, well there's one answer. you can equalize the lobby by making everyone use certain assists off, this is especially fair for the non assist users. TC is a big game breaker when people know how to exploit it's use on medium.

Safety Car is catching up all the times it DIDN'T come out🤣
