  1. In real life, driver's may have retired but were classified in the race because they completed over 90% of the race distance. Did anyone happen to notice if CM accurately reflects this, or does CM standings just classify them as retired?
  2. I don't know if you're playing on pc but for 2013, there's a mod called Realistic tyre wear: * The tyres will last about 2-3 laps longer than on default, so a little bit of caution is still required. The AI will follow pit schedules based on the real life GPs. * Works on all race lengths and in both career and GP mode.
  3. Max Mosley warns of more teams collapsing. Force India might be the next. Vijay Mallya has been defaulting on his payments...
  4. Thanks, I got a little concerned when I saw the steam game spec requirements, they were a little higher than F1 2014.
  5. I'm considering buying this game. Do you think my PC can play on max settings at 60 fps on one screen? Intel Haswell i5-4670K 16 GB RAM - [8 GB x 2] DDR3-1866 ADATA XPG V2  MSI GTX 760 - 2 GB VRAM Gigabyte GA-287X-OC Force Motherboard
  6. Seabast318 said: And yes, ibuypower and cyberpowerpc are all owned by the same company. Correction, these two companies are direct competitors to each other. I just called them to confirm. iBuyPower has operations in the US and Canada.
  7. Caterham's not racing either. Only 18 cars on the grid for US GP.

  9. Definitely less bugs with 2013, that's for sure.
  10. Yep. They take all the risk, time and guesswork out of buying a gaming pc.
  11. They must have locations in multiple countries then. And yes, ibuypower and cyberpowerpc are all owned by the same company. And I also have nothing but praise for ibuypower. They did a great job custom building my gaming rig.
  12. I think the website that you provided and the one I provided above are the same business. Cyberpowerpc and ibuypower. They're both located on the same street in the same city within California, LOL!!! You also live in the US?
  13. If I were you, I would not buy a used pc from ebay. Instead buy new from someone like this website below. I bought from here last January and they provide 3 year hardware parts and customer service warranty included with the purchase. I've called them numerous times for help and they're pinpoint accurate every time. They will even help if and when I upgrade graphics card/parts. This is huge, especially if you haven't had a gaming pc since gp4. There's tons of driver updates and stuff, if you need to build your own: http://www.ibuypower.com/ I recommend something like the $799 USD (497 pounds
  14. This is what I have and it runs F1 2013 on max settings at 60 fps on one screen: Intel Haswell i5-4670K up to 3.4 GHz  16 GB RAM - [8 GB x 2] DDR3-1866 ADATA XPG V2  MSI Nvidia GTX 760 - 2 GB VRAM Gigabyte GA-287X-OC Force Motherboard  500 Watt PS with liquid cooling and fan  2 TB HDD  Blu-Ray Reader Combo Drive  Onboard LAN Network 10/100  Keyboard and gaming headset  The biggest things to look for are the graphics card and CPU. My PC above is better in both these areas than the specs you provided. In my estimation, you won't be a
  15. You're right. Exactly the same specs
  16. These specs above are exactly the same as F1 2012 and 2013.
  17. 2014 graphics are slightly improved, no?
  18. For those of you who own both F1 2013 and 2014, are PC requirements greater for 2014 to play with max settings at 60 fps than for 2013, or are they exactly the same?
  19. They both look great. However, I can easily wait for F1 2014 patch. I've only had F1 2013 for less than 4 months now and am still having immense enjoyment from it. Still exploring all the available mods for my optimal satisfaction.
  20. Yep, I just completed 50% Canada race and no SC, even with setting it to 1. There was a brief yellow on the 2nd turn of the 1st lap but it just went away with 1 car retirement.
  21. Yes, I had no involvement in my 7 SC deployments as well. Perhaps installing this Realistic Damage mod is the surest way of increasing SC's, as the AI tend to fight amongst themselves.
  22. Yep, even the mod creator doesn't recommend 5x or 6x, although it exists, LOL:  Choose your desired damage increase level: 1x (Very Small),2x (Small),3x (Medium),4x (High),5x (Very Realistic),6x (Hardcore).NOTE: I recommend choosing between x4 and x5 damage. x5 may be a problem in some cases. 4x is fully fine in my opinion.
  23. Yep, I just completed 50% Canada race and no SC, even with setting it to 1. There was a brief yellow on the 2nd turn but it just went away with 1 car retirement.
  24. You can reinstall and remove patches on console. It takes all of 5 seconds.
  25. Often, your RE tells you the guy in back of you is in fuel saving mode towards the end of the race.
