I think also lydden hill was 90% sure of an updatet version for this game.

Would love to see it back (and it would be perfect for the Group B cars) but, as per my message above, I'd be surprised to see it back before the rest of the 2018 circuits return...

...I wait to be proven wrong though!

If esterring is in as well that would be awesome! also got little hopes for Spa, abu dhabi, Cota or maybe Killarney

I am not expecting Spa or Abu Dhabi (at least not for a while): I would think 2018 tracks will come before 2019.

Killarney would be preferable to CotA: CotA was so dull!

I just need this! ❤️ Of course Wales and Finland would be nice, Greece could be much better in DR 2.0 but somehow in DR1 it was not that much interesting rally for me, just hairpins, sandy-like roads not so much nice views etc. Would be cool to see a new rally like Portugal with Fafe stage including: Colin's junction and Fafe jump.

Wales and an S4 Impreza WRC in season 2 would blow my mind! Given that the car was only recorded a few weeks ago though, I seriously doubt that it's going to be in the game in this season...

...as ever though, I am happy to be proven wrong if it means we get something sooner rather than later!

Nah, we're lucky to get even one of them. It's the RX season now. I have a feeling we'll be getting both Latvia and Estering. But the third is more tricky.

Riga and Estering would be my perfect pick of the missing World RX track: I have a sneaking suspicion it is going to be Riga and CotA though (which would be a shame as CotA was the worst track in last years season)

See in the pic the correct dashboard for the S14 Impreza WRC, one in the game doesn’t have the digital display in the middle

I am not sure if the screen was a customer option or only came on the later cars. I have seen a couple (including at least one SWRT car) that didn't have the screen fitted.

Believe it or not, most of the forum regulars don't have any ill feelings towards the WRC team. There is no reason for wanting either game to fail, both teams have different qualities to offer. Any good choices they implement will have knock on effects here and you only have to watch the WRC videos to see who their biggest influence has been during their development time.

100% agree: two decent rally games are surely better than one (especially as one features content that is out of reach of the other), so I hope that WRC8 turns out to be good.

more excited to find out the locations, honestly, since I'm not that into Group B RX, but the other cars we're scheduled to get will definitely interest me

I am certainly looking forward to more locations (and other cars), but I have a long term love of the RS200 in rallycross, which is why I am particularly excited for the Group B rallycross to arrive.

I hope the fact that they are present in the game files already means that they will be released early in Season 2.

I’m sadly away for silverstone this year, but I will be in Spain so there’s that I guess. F1 was terribly boring. I don’t understand why fans always complain it don’t actually change the channel over and watch something decent like WRX or WRC. Or touring cars or pretty much anything else. I’ve seen 10 year olds have better races around a quarter mile oval than most F1 races

Damn, that's a shame. I seriously doubt Silverstone is going to be as good as Spa, but I am looking forward to it.

And yeah, fully agree, another cracking round of the WRC this weekend and yet everyone is still watching F1!

  9. Ha, you got further with the F1 then I did: I didn't even turn over, I left the V8 Supercars on!

Great final. So pleased to see a GRX car on the top step of the podium, they (and Timur) deserve it. I hope Gronholm comes back strong at Silverstone.

Good to see the standings close up a bit. Another weekend with the Hansen brothers off the podium and that would really even things up.
