    Photo mode in game has an exposure value. Some comparisons at the same time of day might show why both games appear different.

    Use DDU for a clean GPU driver installation. Could also be USB connected peripherals. Remove them all then gradually add them one by one starting with keyboard to see if any are causing the crashing. Also disable all other 'startup apps' and see if any of those are causing the crash.

    Could be the DASHOST.EXE issue that plagues some users networks: Sony Android TV caused VR framerate stutters on my Oculus Rift S in Dirt Rally 2.0!
