How are successful applicants chosen, is it a random process or are there more factors in play?

Is there going to be any type of beta program this for the upcoming F1 title like we have had for the previous years?

So i was rewatching the announcement trailer for F1 2020 for like the 30th time, and as i was scrolling trough the comments i saw this comment (see picture). Tbh, what this guy said, is 100% facts. And i know that there have been glitches/bugs in the game for several years, which obviously isnt pleasant to say the least. But do remember that a lot of other games, produced by the biggest game developers, do have the same issues. Codemasters isnt as big and doesnt have the amount of resources as those big company's have. This is just a friendly reminder to anyone to just not s*it on everything codemasters does for the F1 series. Thanks Codemasters for all your hard work throughout the years and many to come🙂

If you think there copying and pasting, then you’re very much wrong my friend. Every year we receive game changing features as the guy in the picture stated, graphics wise the games get upgraded every year, the interface gets changed every year. So idk what you’re on about. But the point of this post is too not **** on codemasters for everything they do, as there a lot of other companies, which are way bigger then codies, who do way worse by “copying and pasting” *Cough* EA *Cough*

To be honest, we the testers of last year, gave a lot of good feedback last year what actually was used to improve the game, but with the additional patch updates we got for the actual game, some things got messed up and worsened somethings. Especially the handling, in later beta versions and in the early stage of the game, it was very good, but after 1.04 i believe it got worse.

Yeah I restarted the game and restarted my xbox, nothing happend

So apparently there should be only one save, which is there, a save of 105 mb. So i think it should be that but its not synchronizing

So the thing is, when you check the data tab for the corresponding game, there should be 2 saves, one for online and one for offline, now there is only the online one, but i still have all my achievements.

Well, as everybody knows, the coronavirus is hitting the world by storm as has it hit F1, with the first couple of rounds postponed. The question now is, what does this mean for F1 2020? With Codemasters having little to none IRL data to work with, are we possibly facing a delay. Dont get me wrong here, our health and safety is obviously the main priority, but i was just wondering if my theory could be correct, what do y’all think?

This is sooo true, I literally went on f1 2017 this weekend, and its so much more enjoyable and easy to drive rather than 2019, its way to understeery and just to numb as you said, even the 2018 handling model was and is still way more enjoyable than 2019!

To come back on this topic, any devs who can answer this question??

Yeah, i was thinking about adding the open wheel addon to my collection as i now use the f1 ferrari addon for 2 years to be exacted, it showing some wear and is getting a bit rough, steering and button wise, so iam really considering getting the open wheel one, as i have heard good story’s about it.
