Try these drivers and run the firmware update, you should be on v30.
Also maybe try removing the Corsair software for testing (update your firmware in the devices first).
It's also worth noting that the 2004/WDDM 2.7 450.xx driver is a little....green. "There's nothing for you here"

21 minutes ago, Rapster said:Hey @ragequit1,
I've managed to sort the issue. For whatever reason, the first time I tried to set up a custom map the accelerator and brake didn't work after many attempts, in fact, the profile didn't even show the Sprint pedals, just 'Podium Wheel Base DD2' and so I came on here.
So, I deleted the custom profile, then created a new one via duplicate of an existing Podium Wheel Base DD2 scheme and then deleted both the wheel and pedal axis and then set them up via manual calibration. Now it works as it should and 'Podium Wheel Base DD2, Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint' is showing under the scheme name. I think the reason it didn't work the first time is because I didn't delete the axes in calibration and recalibrate.
Hopefully this helps someone facing a similar situation.
Thanks for paying me a little attention, @ragequit1. 🙂More kudos to you for actually posting what works! It sounds like a workaround but at least Codemasters can test it (with their spare HE Sprints that they must have just lying around) 🙂

1 hour ago, MateResz said:@steviejay69 You are basically telling me that the game was built around the 44x drivers? Because then i will be happy to go back to the 446.14 version. Also, is there any other way to go back to that version than using DDU? I only want to mess with that if it's necesarry. Thank you!
Not exactly. Most games will need reworking to show HAGS benefit and it’s clear Nvidia will try to get the toys working on RTX cards first.
But we could do with a little more setup guidance from Codemasters. They’ve taken the first steps with advising minimum driver versions and hardware levels. They’ve only officially supported the game on W10 although DX11 is still there for “own risk” refuseniks or those with driver issues.
The problem is over the last few games the newer W10 has updated the support for newer driver models and extended features. It is the only way to get DX12 Ultimate as well.
A pathway. We all just need to navigate it safely.
You should always DDU when reverting a driver build IMO and it is general received wisdom or advice.
Im on 1909/AMD and I’m sticking to recommended driver builds and will only change for fixes when I find I need them.

Bug report template please and indication of platform.

You might find the driver behaves differently on W10 2004 because it is a 450 series and therefore supports WDDM 2.7 and HAGS.
Your OS is 1909. Try DDU and run 446.14 instead and see if the issue is there? Or any WHQL release that the game doesn't baulk at (I think the base driver in 2004 is 432.xx).
I'm about done with trying to sort Nvidia's **** for them. If they communicated what the drivers were designed to do and told of the underlying OS requirement fro them to function properly then we'd no doubt be in a better place.
Or in fact, it could just be your settings are not translating well into the game, but this is where I feel Codemasters could improve by giving suggested settings depending on what you are trying to achieve (for some highest framerates, for others a smooth 60FPS experience, for others all the graphical fidlelity maxed out whilst retaining playability).
At present I see some goofy settings being recommended by GFE, some people determined to use the settings they "have always used" or "worked with F1 2019". And that, leads to no-one really being sure than to do anything other than what works for you on your specific configuration.

@steviejay69 is probably more able to help you with driver related issues.
Merged these two threads together, let's see if we can find similarities in your setup 🙂
Thanks @UP100 the Phenom is an unsupported CPU.
Athlon FX4300 is the stated minimum and is Piledriver architecture from 2012 (K10 APU).
The Phenoms in both the dxdiag and mentioned here are older 2010 CPUs (it is the unpleasant 'time to upgrade' scenario).
Codemasters will not or should not issue any kind of patch, hence the warning. If people buy games their machines cannot run properly, buyer beware.

I bought an F1 2020 seventy edition. I have a closed beta version of F1 2020. When I wanted to buy the F1 2020 Schumacher edition now, it tells me that I have already bought it. What does it mean? Does this mean that if I have a closed beta version, it will be upgraded to a higher version?
No you can just delete the beta the files will not be used again. It would seem you have the Schumacher edition unless the DLC isn't available on the Seventy Edition until it unlocks.

1 hour ago, MaxSpiltz said:1. The brake is in reverse, I have to brake so I can actually release it. I'm using the T-LCM pedals which are only recognized as "Sim pedals".
2. Version 1.03
3. Settings
4. I have attempted to reload the game 4 or 5 times, also each time trying to re-assign the pedals multiple times but to no avail.
5. I updated both my TS-PC racer wheel and my T-LCM pedals to their latest version (1.87 for the latter). The pedals are recognized with no problem in the Thrustmaster Calibration Tool, I think they are also recognized by the game as it puts X+ for Throttle and Z+ for Brake, but in the calibration brake are still up to 100 if I don't press it.
6.7. DxDiag joined to this post.
I know the T-LCM aren't part of the Supported Pedals list you provided but as the game recognize it as any kind of Sim Pedals... I still hope I can use those new ones I have bought for F1 2020 :x.
Is there an option in the Thrustmaster driver to reverse the pedal axis?
Have you tried the calibration tool?

6 minutes ago, Skroce said:Well, I had some success with the process I described and that GioProductions was pointing towards.
I changed the accelerator pedal to engage with the third groove and in the Control Panel the bar went to 100% just before the pedal movement reached 100%.
I changed the brake pedal to engage with the fifth groove with the same result.
The feel/in-game effect of both pedals is very different to before, but perfectly functional. After a little while I can make this feeling the new normal. I haven't heard back from Thrustmaster yet, but if they comment something useful I will report it here. Thanks very much for the assistance.
Just delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and verify Steam files.
OR uninstall the driver, go into the Game Controller properties and recalibrate the pedals then reinstall the Thrustmaster driver.
Had the exact same issue with the 2 pedal set with a more basic controller (Ferrari GT Experience on PS3) but just re-initialised the controller on the console and it was fine. That happened with putting the gear cogs in exactly the same place. So it's a bit the PC or console has to re-learn the upper and lower limits. As long as the pedal is registering along the full travel then the actual values are irrelevant. If it settles down into an imperfect state, then playing with the saturation and deadzone can tune out the difference in feel.

If you mean can you play multiplayer, yes.
The only VIP pass you can use is with PitCoin in the Podium Pass, it's cosmetic items for completing challenges. You can earn PitCoin or you can buy it, AFAIK. 😴 Sorry, I fell asleep explaining the most juvenile aspect of the game....

Post a link if you find it cheaper and I will do my best to update verified links. Please check the version you are buying is valid in your territory and meets your requirements.
Due to the dubious legality of the XB1/PS4 accounts sold with the game validated, I am not listing these formats. You do not own the game.

I can't play other games with a wheel, I'm not planning on investing in sim racing so buying a wheel for me would benefit me less than buying a new controller. I don't care for the pricing or if it's a toy. I just want to know if this specific controller works fine for the F1 game.
I think you will be in a category of one. I should hope it plays every game perfectly for that price.

43 minutes ago, BelgiumDude said:Or €1700 for a wheel sheesh 🙄
Well, it's true I wouldn't buy the Podium wheelbase. I have a humble CSL Elite to run the F1 rim on. It's a nice bit of kit.
I think it's a value proposition seeing as I've owned both Logitech and Thrustmaster wheels. You can get cheaper and you can get arguably better.
I have a terrible wired MadCatz X360 controller, it's probably worth the £5 I paid for it. But I struggle to see how the official XB and PS controllers are north of £50. That kind of reframes the £189, but I have seen people pay more than that for a keyboard.
A controller is a toy. A game is a game. But the wheels are simulation quality hardware and I get that much more from a wheel and pedals that I could possibly for a controller.
It's true Esports and not just racing games are becoming serious business. But I feel almost £200 for a single controller is not value, it's my opinion. You are welcome to yours.

Start with the preset. Try High. If it's too much FPS drop, try Medium. Sounds like it's an issue with the draw distance though or the shading.
Have you tried with motion blur off? Also, upload your hardware_settings_config.xml
