I've updated bios, with last version 2503.

I've uninstall amd driver with amd clean tool in Win safe mod. And I reinstall 20.9.1 amd driver.

I've uninstall LGS ad I install GHub.

    I've erase xml config file....

    But nothing, same error.

I'm playing with two monitor config, and I've Norton AV. It can be useful?

Yeah, thanks. I would only advise Windows Defender for AV on a games machine purely because of how Windows and 3rd party AV might interact. That's opinion. I have no experience of the product recently as I practise what I preach 😊

Try a primary monitor only configuration (disconnect the secondary). Again erasing the xml config may prove useful. If this is another multiple monitor issue I hope CM have the commonality / causality to see why it's such an issue.

Hi! I have the same problem, I tried everything, dx11, dx12, reinstalling, checking files, but nothing helped me, but it only comes up in MyTeam.

    DxDiag.txt

Try BIOS F52 or F60c but you only have 1st Gen Ryzen so there will be no further AGESA optimisations, just generally updates or fixes.

I wouldn't use any of the Gigabyte tuning apps they have a bad rep with this game.

457.30 is not the latest Nvidia GRD, DDU and try it (sorry, can't make further recommendations as no longer have access to the hardware)

I use 20.9.1 currently. I use fullscreen windowed High preset with TAA and my desktop refresh is set to my Freesync range (144Hz) I run at 2560x1440 FPS limiter is set to 144 V-SYNC is OFF

There are a lot of sound sources there. I would seriously decide whether or not you wish to use the Realtek audio or the SoundBlaster (I use Realtek if it's any bearing). You can disable unused audio channels.

There are also a lot of Logitech peripherals. I would uninstall LGS and try GHub to make sure you update each device firmware if possible.

DDU if you choose to go the 20.9.1 route, make sure to disable the network adapter whilst you (DDU) uninstall / clean reinstall.

Once you've made the changes, delete the hardware_settings_config.xml before launching the game then configure the in-game graphics and audio settings.

Also, from your dxdiag you have probably some ASUS board, make and model may be helpful in identifying any UEFI/ME updates.

Running games or Steam as Administrator is unnecessary in any event. IDK why it's even tried or anyone suggests it.

  5. Thanks for the update. What happens if you just connect one controller via BT?

You can’t play with both unless you are playing two player mode.

What happens when you connect one with USB and one with BT?

Does it matter if the primary or secondary controller is the USB one?

Some of the other peripherals and software may still be relevant.

I'll take another look at the dxdiag later, but if you could give / try these specifics it would be helpful.

  6. OK so the board is updated 🙂

Can you try using the Realtek Audio with the controllers BT connected (the BT controller is the Intel AC-3168) i.e. not to the headphones?

Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and configure the in-game audio before playing a game mode.

Then try introducing the BT headset and see if the frame stutter occurs.

IDSA will give you the latest Intel BT drivers but judicious use of Roll-Back or uninstall / reinstall may be required (for the BT driver).

Sorry to see this thread go silent. I am having the same issue with two different Xbox Wireless Controllers for Windows on the Steam version of the game. Instead of a BT adapter, my motherboard has BT built in.

@BarryBL, the issue is not there when I connect the controllers via USB cable.

Surely then you have the answer. Post a dxdiag and I will look at the issue. Make sure the board make and model is included.

  8. No practice before the race, just took in my Unranked (crasher) lobby setup and was surprisingly competitive. I do like the track, but I'll probably fail to capitalise on this when it comes to a league race.

Unfortunately, despite me trying to give @UP100 space, it seems the favour was not returned and I was left trying to have a recovery drive when I should have been in the mix.

Truth is not that many people play Ranked, find yourself a decent lobby in unranked or join a league!

I tend to agree. Maybe if some get the game for Xmas or there is a new batch of players with new consoles or in the Steam sale then the situation will improve.

Anecdotally, if you get NM14 in Ranked, I've found that joining Unranked successfully reduces the chances of NM14 when I return to Ranked. But I don't play 'random' multiplayer often, as organised MP is much better (or at least you only have to contend with the gameplay bugs and occasional random connection issue).

  10. I've had this happen to me.

Two things. You can never, ever play career on this game until the patch cycle is over. It's happened every year AFAIK. There is a chance you will lose your progress, IDK why. That's a question for Codemasters.

I stopped using Steam cloud sync and basically use W10 File History to include the Steam Userdata folder. The fact that Steam will just sync your local files by default and when the local file is somehow instructed to be overwritten with or without the confirmation (again I have to look at Codemasters again as to why), then there seemed to be no way of recovering the lost data from Steam Cloud (basically the sync is automatic and out of your control) not to mention the lost data when you have a game crash or Steam exits unexpectedly (again not unknown). Autosave only goes so far.

If your data is anywhere it will be in that Userdata folder. Good luck.

  11. Can we have a comment on why the join glitch has resurfaced? It was really obvious online last night.

I mean, good work on the penalties for the totem, it's useful and seems to remove them correctly when served (like 5s time penalties).

Haven't managed to figure out the counting system for the cut penalties because I haven't got enough yet 🙂

PS. The restricted spectator mode I don't think is fixed - I'll upload video because it certainly behaved oddly last night, and I was host. I might even have the code.

IT WORKS!!! uninstalled Citrix, deleted hardware config xml and I'm getting 130fps

How do I make it so I can use Citrix and F1 2020? I've saved the current working config in case an overwrite is the only solution needed

I would try adding the Citrix but maybe have a word with their tech support if for stability it enforces a 60Hz refresh or if that can be adjusted or altered when you set it up.

Or just trial and error until you find what works. Copy the working hwsc file over the non-working ones before launching to try other solutions.

Good luck. (Filed under Citrix issue). 🙂

  13. You need to complete a bug report.

But the Shadow Cloud Gaming PC is running on the same laptop. no?

It probably creates a VM when setting up, so did you create the Shadow PC instance with the wheel connected? The site says it supports the USB controllers and AFAIK the T80 has no drivers as it's not FFB and no external power source?

You may get more joy from posting this with Shadow first.
