No, the pits should work as IRL but obviously without the glitches. Sometimes the team may not be ready, especially with a late driver call.
Ghosting ruins the game.

I know what a beta is and its functions. I tested Valve games for more than 10 years, since 2008, as a beta-tester. I just made a joke in my previous message, so don't worry. You don't know me, so don't talk about what you don't know.
The problem with humour is Marmite. So don't go there!
Now you sound defensive and aggressive all rolled into one 🙂

Surely this can't all be about the beta testing of f12020.
Or is it a sign of people already beta testing. Who knows.
I checked and you can't pre order on ps4 store . I will ask a friend or call a friend called dave
DAVE.
QuoteF1 2020 will be available on PS4 at launch but is not available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store at this time. For more information, sign up to receive further updates.
I think Dave might send the emails

Sounds like it might then. But a lot of buttons will probably just be numbered, there are far more than would map to standard pad buttons.
This document gives you what you need.

F1 games assume a degrees of rotation setting of 360 degrees (I.e. from rest / centre you turn the wheel 180 degrees (upside down) to full lock in either direction). This achieves 1:1 with the steering wheel animation on screen. You may find most wheels have a default DOR of 900 or even 1080 degrees. You change this on the wheelbase so check your wheel software and documentation on how to do this.
Also the game ships with the understeer enhance mode on. Turn it off in the in-game settings if you prefer.

Has is a wealth of information, but there is no mention in the forums either there or here that anyone has been able to use the Forza CSR Wheel (circa 2011) with the 2019 version of the game. I guess what I am curious about, is confirmation from others that might use the Forza CSR wheel w\CSR pedals BTW successfully with the F12019 version of the game. I can update the firmware OK, but there is no point in purchasing the game if my wheel is not compatible.
Regards
It's in the supported controller list for F1 2019.

No matter who creates the game. We always have the same issue.
Others always joins the game with code. The creator also invites the others too.
What do you mean by "Try Open"?
Open (privacy) Unranked lobby (i.e. not invite or friends only)

we are 3 friends and used to play f1 2019 a few times a week on PS.
But suddenly we started to get errors when we connect to lobby. There is no error code. Just an error.
But then we discovered that
Player A can play with player B
Player A can play with player C
But player B can not play with player C.
I mean we can't even enter the lobby.
If player A and B is in the lobby, it's not possible for player C to enter the lobby.
If A and C in the lobby, same. B can not enter.
Whether A is in the lobby or not. Same.
Please somebody help.
Probably a connectivity issue like NAT. Who is host? Try C as host and B, as well as A.
Join game or invite? Try Open also.

Currently my PC on screen button graphics are either for keyboard - return, escape, F5, F6 etc or The Playstation graphics on the T150 wheel - Triangle, Circle, Square etc. The Fanatec Formula V2 buttons have A, B, X, Y etc - which I think is XBox?? Haven't connected Fanatec yet!!
Does F1 2019 recognise the controller and change the on screen graphics automatically?? or do I have to find a setting somewhere??
Yes. Changes to the last known type of device connected. Keyboard or PS/XB compatible wheel. The Fanatec V2 depends on the wheelbase (probably) and whether it is PS/XB compatible. If it's XB, I'll assume you have the CSL Elite 1.1?

Well, here is the Fanatec Support page. Lots of info and links on there should you hit issues. I would make sure you update the firmware if not done already and use the latest driver.
Post back to let us know how you get on.

I have posted on another thread that G-Hub and LGS don't seem to co-exist peacefully.
Logitech's position is that G-Hub is the solution going forwards (yes, I know there are lots of unhappy users on the Logitech forums).
My own personal view is that if LGS works for you and you don't have G-Hub, fine. If LGS is updated to 9.02 and it still works, great. If you get issues, remove LGS and use the latest G-Hub.

If I am running a race, the temperature of the GPU is 60ºC and the GPU works at 45% aproximately.
It seems that the v-sync only works during the race.
Any idea?
I'm so sorry for the inconveniences and thank you so much for any help.
This is a known issue (or at least it should be).
Can you try lowering the in-game refresh to say 120 or 144?
Can you try altering the video settings between fullscreen (exclusive) and fullscreen (windowed)? Can you try altering the desktop refresh rate to match that of the game?

5 hours ago, EngelandX said:The Firmware is fully up to date, btw in ACC I can shift fine, so its not the wheel that is causing the problem.
In automatic gears I can't shift at all.
When using Manual i can shift downwards but not upwards. I have tried different cars/tracks
Then delete all the controller profiles in-game, close the game, let it save.
Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and let the game redetect the controller (relaunch the game). Go into the controller profiles and use the default profile. Once you are sure it is working, edit it to remap only the keychanges you need. It may be that you have remapped another control to the upshifter, hence the conflict (and no upshift).
The latest driver is 2020_TTRS_1 the latest firmware for the T150 Pro is v11. (I reiterate this as if the older drivers are installed the Firmware updater won't necessarily tell you there is newer firmware).
What other games do you have installed apart from ACC that use the wheel?

2 minutes ago, Goaqi said:Hello, I have installed the latests stable release and the 20.1.3 version of the drivers using DDU (I was using the experimental and I didn't know) and the game is still crashing.
I use the wheel in many others simracing games and It works perfectly.
I have a R9 480x in other PC and I haven't never an error in F1 2019.
I'm glad you tried the 20.1.3 because the 'stable' 20.2.2 has a lighting bug 🙂 (Monaco tunnel).
I am also glad to hear your G29 works well with G-HUB as there seems to be plenty of others with issues. Logitech aren't maintaining LGS now, so it would seem G-HUB needs to be sorted.
From your crash dump it would appear you are running with V-SYNC off (monitor is correctly detected at 165Hz) For Freesync you should use V-SYNC and enable Freesync in the Radeon driver settings.
I would also be interested if you could try running the Steam FPS counter. Try a Graphics preset that is higher that your current - it looks like you may be running in Low or Medium preset. I recommend changing the setting to HIGH and seeing where your framerate is averaging.

F1 2018 first, then F1 2019. Audio levels are a bit lower in F1 2019, but they're tuned to my headphones rather than F1 2018 that I reinstalled just to confirm this.
Actually harder to hear on my laptop with YT reencoding than on the source video and headphones.

I actually quite liked the F1 shifter bar, but that was probably the mod I should've done. Did have to replace one switch with an Omron (think it was the downshifter).

1 hour ago, Goaqi said:I'm sorry, I was trying to fix it for hours and I forgot the files.
I've attached the DxDiag and 2 crash_dump, one of DX11 and the other of DX12.
Thank you in advance for the help.
Can you DDU the drivers please? You might want to try my latest stable version 20.1.3 (however I run a RX580)
The crashes seem fairly firmly rooted with the driver, looking at the dxdiag.
Also, it would appear you are a G-HUB user with a G29. Has the wheel been working OK before you experienced the crashes and did you have the issues after updating G-HUB or maybe a GPU driver / Windows update?

During career gameplay car registers as having crashed during lap for no reason. Happens every lap on every race.
Game version 1.22.
Happened first during Austrian GP; reset Xbox and problems cleared for a couple of races and now has returned. Happens every time I start on track whether during practice or race. Resetting Xbox has no effect. Approx after 10 secs of gameplay whilst in control.
cannot carry on as registered crash is terminal.
Not only that, but you've posted the same issue multiple times, which is against forum rules.

Then (aside from suggesting diagnostic tests or reinstalling Windows) I don't have much more to offer you in terms of setting up the PC, sorry.
Last things to look at are any motherboard overclocking or lighting utilities, firmware or drivers for mice or keyboards.
There should be no third party AV on your machine (Windows Defender is sufficient).
Have you tried running with V-SYNC and capping the framerate? My system seems to be able to hold 120FPS on High with recording and overlays on all tracks I've been on so far in MP.

I think I prefer Unranked (or Ranked) 5 lappers. None of the 50% races are running without issues.
The amount of friends versus not friends making up the lobbies needs investigating. It seems to me that league races where people are on friends lists work better than those not on each others lists.
I will definitely miss Italy.
