Yup, I think it happened a couple of weeks ago, but while it is possibly the teeny tiniest of hints, it's still a hint in my eyes!! :p -
Yeah it has definitely been worse on previous Codemasters Forums! :P I can absolutely see why they're frustrated too, the lack of info has honestly been disappointing for me too, but I understand why we can't have it all now. I just hope a lot of cool new things are lined up for the next few weeks as release date is actually coming up real soon.LiteralZero said:
It's not THAT bad to me honestly, I can see the reason they're frustrated. They do really love F1 :smiley:Rallycameraman said:I'm glad none of those whiners are in these forums.
But damn I want a new DiRT game! :p -
@Hughesy Yeah it was horrible. The car seemed to be rolling kinda quickly but it seemed to last for ages when it was probably about 2 seconds :p -
So I nearly became the second member in a week to have an accident in my car today! The odd thing is, the engine was off and no other cars, bikes, or people were around me...
I'll explain. I drove home from school, parked on the drive (which has a slight fall on it towards the garage door), turned off the engine, opened the door to get out and picked up my relatively heavy bag from the passenger seat.
Anyway, I dropped the bag and it just happened to fall on the handbrake. All of a sudden the car started rolling back and with one foot out the door I tried desperately to force the car to stop. I couldn't do that as it was slightly too steep, and at the same time I was trying to get my bag off the handbrake so I could yank it up.
Fortunately I just managed to pull it up in time, and when I got out to look how close I was to hitting the garage door, it was literally about an inch!
Expletives were used... -
Haha, I would've renamed the URL in the forum but I can't work out how to do it :/
But quality writing as always from SP. They even got a mention on Ted's Notebook on Sunday! -
F1 teams have agreed on a budget cap!

Closed as it's a duplicate thread. :) -
Aaah I see, probably explains that Scarborough drawing then :p -
Gosh that sounds harsh! Just gotta be sneaky I guess. I'm sure I've seen some lads working at the Co-Op round the corner on their phones!jordieDAFC said:Sackable offence at asda if you're caught with your phone whilst working.... -
Very interesting stuff as always from Craig Scarborough, always cool to see those little illustrations too, but I always wonder when I see this sort of thing (similar to Giorgio Piola), how do they know that the engine looks like that?Piola especially has produced ridiculously detailed drawings of the cars over the years and I think, how has he managed to do these, getting right into the depths of the car or engine? Has he somehow got photos from there, some inside knowledge, or is it just an educated guess?I'm not saying they're wrong as they're obviously experts and that's what they do, it's just always made me think. -
I can use it now and then at my part time job (not in an office, it's a walking about job) but the place is in the middle of the countryside so I don't have any mobile data :/Platy said:I can barely get away with using my phone at work. -
F1 will always come first for me :p I usually watch highlights of the other events, perhaps apart from BTCC where I'll probably watch the full races.
But what a great race it was yesterday in Argentina! Real shame for Marquez to come down like that, but awesome result for Crutchlow too! Good to be back in the podium. -
I'm pretty sure he didn't move forward, because the footage I saw of him was while the red lights came on and he was still two slots behind where he should've been. But they must have delayed the red lights because they were probably waiting to see if he moved forward. I was really surprised at how long the wait was at first though, as I'm sure all you lot were too.
And aha Seb that was funny :P I'm sure he's using a few expletives there... -
When I finish my exams I think I'll get Netflix. If I did it now then I'd undoubtedly fail (probably will anyway lol) :p -
QUALIFYING:
1) HAMI - 5
2) ROSB - 3
3) VETT - 3
RACE:
1) HAMI - 15
2) ROSB - 8
3) RAIK - 8 (+20)
4) VETT - 8
5) BOTT - 8
6) GROS - 8
7) NASR - 0
8) KVYA - 8
9) MALD - 0
10) SAIN - 094 points! Got a bonus 20 because of my top 3 in the wrong order. Would've been 118 if I got Rosberg and Raikkonen switched around! -
I love the Sky F1 commentary but stop calling Nasr, 'Fred' ffs! -
MonsieurMotoGP?!
But that would be awesome if that happened, it's about time he got a top top ride. -
What are you, 11?! :pSamuelTrautman said:yeah bet he had plenty experience experimenting with bells :-)
remember its only banter lol
But I wonder how much difference the helmet actually makes, I wonder whether there's a noticable difference when he's wearing them both.
-
Yep, on Ted's Qualifying Notebook he talked about that and he actually asked Lewis about it and whether he'd now stay with Bell. He definitely had a Bell in qualifying though. He said he was kinda experimenting between them and Arai. -
As macebig said, please post in English on these forums. You can use translators to convert your messages into English and back again. :) -
Found this on the web.

I'm not quite sure what I think to this...
-
Oh what d'ya know, 11 points! -
I have achieved Grade A in GCSE Maths, I'm sure that matches whatever equivalent he did!
On a serious note though, good qualifying session! Can't believe it's 6 tenths between the Merc's again, same situation in Australia. I just hope Lewis can keep Seb and Rosberg behind him in the race.
If Jenson retires after one or two laps then that will surely be some new record for retiring within the first five minutes of 4 of the 5 sessions in a race weekend! -
I've said it before, but I'm simply a moderator for the forum, I have no more knowledge on the game than you do, so I'm not sure. I've not read anywhere yet that all 3 practice sessions are available on every mode, so I would wait for some more information.mmpaw37 said:Gav25182 said:PauloRic said:I am really relieved that finally all free practices are in some way back, but I agree that they should be completelly back for all modes. I am also happy to see that many people knows that this is a very important part of a F1 game, in my opinion the biggest mistake CM ever made.Whats the deal with practice sessions?
Tell me they are back in Race weekend mode, rather than purely in a game mode where you can't customise settings to suit your own preferences?
I'm still waiting for that answer - I've asked it 3 times now and had ZERO reply..., makes me wonder why???@justbiglee, @PeteTheDuck ...I'll ask again...
Are we able to have ALL 3 practice sessions in every game 'mode' in 2015?
(Or any Codemasters employee...PLEASE ANSWER!)
