The only information I've found on Multiplayer is that there will be online practice sessions (confirmed by justbiglee on the forums). Apart from that, no other info has been announced, but it will be at a later date. I think your ideas are awesome though and they would be so good for leagues! I used to run a league myself and I always wanted some kind of extra moderation tools for the hosts.ChocolateSennna said:Any news about Multiplayer ?
It really needs sorting, ditch the p2p idea, have proper feature's to help run and promote league racing, include practice sessions, better control for the hosts such as moderation and the ability to restart sessions, races etc.
much older games on the ps3 have these features and more, such as GT6 etc..
it would be nice to see.

And thanks a lot @MartijnAL!
EDIT: Wait, I didn't delete it after all! It was hiding behind my Spotify tab (was listening to the new Codies #MusicMonday playlist by the way ;) ) on the desktop! You can now view the extra information in the first two posts! -
Ha, thanks! :p Ahh well when I next have a spare 45 minutes I'll do it again!mike96 said:Tough luck ;) -
Nooo, I can't believe it! I went through loads of Twitter feeds (from @formula1game, @Codemasters, justbiglee, LiteralZero, Lee Mather, and the forums, and I accidentally closed the edited post before I submitted it :( -
Yep, I'm thinking about doing something like this in the second post. Leave it to me... :pmike96 said:Remember the news on twitter thread we had on Vbulletin for the 2012 game? We need it back ;) :p -
Absolutely! We don't have specific PC forums but you can discuss PC gaming in particular. In the Off-Topic forum we have a PC Thread where there are discussions on the tech and also the games.tupec said:im a pc gamer am i in the right place? -

As promised, here is a thread where I'll be posting information/news/developments on the new F1 2015 game! I'm making this thread so there's a place where loads of information can be found in one place, instead of having to fish around different places to find what you need.
You can also contribute with any information and sources taken from blog posts, or Tweets from developers, or images/videos, and posts by developers on the forums, etc. It's inevitable that I will miss the odd piece of information, so if you have any then please post it here and I'll add it to the list!
Please note that not all the information is listed here yet as there's a lot of stuff for me to go through.

Hey, welcome! Well the best thing is to start interacting wherever you would like to! The forum has different categories to do with the different Codemasters games (F1/GRID/DiRT) as well as Off-Topic and Motorsport sections too. Just have a read through some threads which look interesting to you and get involved! The members here are all awesome and welcoming so don't be shy! :ptupec said:hey everyone im new to the forums and im having trouble finding live forums to talk to people about stuff where do i go? -
These are a series of drawings created by a bloke who took different kinds of drugs!

My personal favourite is this one:

@Mithcell7x Don't worry man you haven't broken any forum rules. You did the right thing not mentioning exact gamertags though. :)
But @matt231985 please don't include actual gamertags in future posts please. I'll let you off this time. -
Yeah I think it was just a freak accident, such unfortunate circumstances. Mardenborough is clearly a good driver though, he won in GP3 last season and he's done great things at Nissan. Not the fault of the GT Academy. -
Qualifying:
1) HAM - 5
2) ROS - 3
3) VET - 3
Race:
1) HAM - 8
2) ROS - 8
3) VET - 3
4) RAI - 15
5) BOT - 15
6) MAS - 15
7) GRO - 0
8) RIC - 3
9) KVY - 15
10) ERI - 0
+20 bonus for the top 3 in the incorrect order.
so that's 94 points! -
I could be right when I said the Malaysia Grand Prix will be the most exciting race of the season! But seriously, I am kinda pleased that Seb won today, a nice change from the Mercedes dominance. The safety car made that race what is was though I think, with the different strategies. I'll probably write a longer post later but what a race! -
I've just thought, Lewis Hamilton keeps up his record of being the only driver on the grid to have won a race in every season he has raced in. 9 consecutive seasons now, very impressive. -
Trust me, it'll feel worse when there's a finally a driver younger than you!Juice29 said:
I'm slightly younger.than him. Imagine How THAT feelsAMS97KRR said:Really good to see Verstappen in 6th. Proving that teenagers are not just thugs and can indeed drive an F1 car fast.
Kind of depressing that I am also 17, older than him and I'm sitting at home watching it. -
Funnily enough it was after the 2012 Malaysian GP Qualifying when we changed the rules because too many people were scoring massive points (60) from 3 drivers!mike96 said:
Many people scoring same amount of points, let's change the rules!VetteIfan said:Somehow I get the feeling that a lot of people will have 11 points, considering how many people predicted Hamilton, Rosberg, Vettel in qualifying.

Moved from Codemasters - General Discussion to F1 Games - General Discussion. -
Yep, add me to that list! -
No it feels crap because he should be in the year below me at school, busy revising for his AS exams in May! What have I done today? Woke up, had some Rice Krispies, watched Qualifying, had a shower and a shave and now I'm about to get on with some history notes! Meanwhile he's been driving 200mph F1 cars and qualified 6th on the grid!GoldenColt said:

Yeah on the F1 App there were about 4 random drivers on there?! -
I think the announcement was overall very good and the screenshots were impressive! The new information you announced on the podium sequences and broadcasting style seem really cool! However, you have been saying how this new F1 game is completely brand new and that we should think of it as a totally different game? I don't think the announcement really showed that to be honest and the screenshots looked relatively similar to what we've seen before.justbiglee said:
...............I have no idea what happened this week, it has all be one horrible blur, I think I announced F1 2015? (sorry it wasn't DiRT)I'd be interested to hear what you guys think of how we announced it and the way the information was delivered. Think about what you'd like done differently for DiRT and let me know, its real important you're honest so don't worry about upsetting me or anything like thatSo personally I would have loved to have seen a short teaser trailer of some sort with some actual gameplay! Even if it's about 30 seconds, that would have been awesome, but showing this new broadcasting feel to the game could have been good. I'm sure you're gonna show it off in more detail soon though.I'm looking forward to seeing what your ideas are for the strategy/plan. I think people would just love to see as much information coming out as possible. Some big talking points people seem to want to know about is what career mode is like and if there will be a formation lap? -
Racing Legends: Stirling Moss, with Patrick Stewart is on BBC 2 now for anyone who hasn't seen it before!
