    Another Cheater on the Racenet Challenges

    Saw him too, why isn't he banned yet?
  3. Alright guys, I played around with devicesetup.xml for a bit. Here are my settings for the T300RS: http://forums.codemasters.com/discussion/comment/69339/#Comment_69339

    Here are my settings for the T300RS. T300RS Control Panel:  GRID Autosport: Steering Deadzone 0% Steering Saturation 100% Steering Linearity 0 Throttle Deadzone 0% Throttle Saturation 100% Brake Deadzone 0% Brake Saturation 100% FFB: On Vibration Strength: 50% Wheel Strength: 100% Wheel Weight: 50% devicesetup.xml: <!-- Thrustmaster T300 RS -->  <FFBDevice name="{B66E044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}" scaleForce="0.9" scaleFriction="0.25" baseFriction="0.0" maxFriction="25.0" scaleEffects="1.0" delay="0.0"/>
  5. Hi guys, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried to play around with the settings in devicesetup.xml. As you can see, the default settings Codemasters put are exactly the same as for T500 RS:   <!-- Thrustmaster T500 RS (firmware 37) -->  <FFBDevice name="{B65E044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}" scaleForce="0.6" scaleFriction="0.35" baseFriction="0.0" maxFriction="35.0" scaleEffects="0.85" delay="0.0"/>  <!-- Thrustmaster T300 RS -->  <FFBDevice name="{B66E044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}" scaleForce="0.6" scaleFriction="0.35" baseFriction="0.0" maxFriction="35.0" scaleEffects="0.85" delay="0.0"/> I'm not convinced that these are the best settings, though. I have the default settings in the T300 RS control panel and default vibration settings in the game: FFB: On Vibration Strength: 50% Wheel Strength: 100% Wheel Weight: 50% Changing the in-game settings doesn't achieve the feel that I'm looking for. It feels like there's not enough linear forces (scaleForce) going on. Has anyone managed to get a good FFB feel? I'm thinking of using something like this:   <!-- Thrustmaster T300 RS -->  <FFBDevice name="{B66E044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}" scaleForce="0.8" scaleFriction="0.35" baseFriction="0.0" maxFriction="35.0" scaleEffects="1.0" delay="0.0"/>

    Grid: Autosport SLI flickering

    I don't get any flickering in the menus, but to fix Smoke Shadows I just disabled them. I'm running Titans in 4-way SLI.

    Thrustmaster T300RS Support

    Has this been implemented in the game as of now, or do we still need to apply this fix manually?
