Hi I bought a Dirt pc game for my son while I was out of town in another state. It was used and he is unable to play it. When loading the disk, my son is being prompted for a key code. I see nothing on the case, disk, or paperwork. This disk is useless to him without the code. Can anyone help us? I don't know anything about games & I cannot get a refund. It came in the original box with cd-looked new but I didn't know it required this or wouldn't have bought it. Thanks for any help you can give, Tracy
