Ok , fixed . basically nvidia shadowplay was causing this to happen , disabaling it fixed all issues

i dont know why its happening all of a sudden , it worked fine before , no hardware or software changes  , i've tried xbox one controller wired , 360 wired , and 360 wireless and they all stop responding past the autosave title screen , this only happens in dirt 2 and 3  couldn't find any fixes online
