Well, thank you for the research. I’m hoping the solution that worked for you can help others suffering from the same issue. As soon as there is confirmation on this I will mark this post as a solution. And I’m glad it worked for you. Btw, if this works it would be nice if someone could make a script for the less confident in PC maintenance.

Not something I know specific. I guess its partly try and error. Not the answer you are looking for, but I haven’t seen a clear solution over the years.

We have seen this one in 2018/19 too. It is connection related and doesn't have to be related to your own connection. Can be a bad host. Just your luck to connect to a bad host every time For what it's worth, it's a random failure. It can work for weeks without a problem and than all of a sudden we get issues like this and similar error codes.

Can you let us know if this is fixed. Seems like this is not a gameplay issue but hardware related.

I believe it has something to do with the controller options/buttons and the way the Xbox handles those. There can't be more optional buttons than the controller has. Still don't get why the throttle and brakes are double mapped. There is some info available on the net about this. Last year I have set my hopes on keyboard support and that this would solve the problem partly which it didn't. And, as the Xbox is based on a pc platform the lack of support regarding third party pheripals doesn't make sense either. It should be a walk in the park for MS to solve this.

For that reason, just to take full benefit of the V2 I also drive on PC.

How do you think I feel with 69 possible options to map on my Fanatec wheel. A pitty Microsoft still hasn't figured this out.
