From what I understand, due to Microsoft being slower (more difficult with approving patches) 1.03 is actually a day zero patch for Xbox as @BarryBL mentioned. I guess the 1.5% downforce will be added in 1.04 probably.

IFR have been racing F1 games since the Xbox 360, and are renowned for our community-led, casual (yet competitive) spirit of racing. It's all about having fun at high speed. We are now recruiting additional drivers for our F1 2020 league, and welcome drivers of all abilities to join us for a trial. All we ask is you're clean and committed, and willing to help us develop the league into a competitive and fun environment with a solid, consistent turnout. Here's the details: Day: Tuesday 8pm BST, Every Week League Setup: (may be subject to change depending on the state of the game) F1 2020 Cars Equal Performance Short Qualifying 50% Races Full Setup Strict Corner-Cutting 12-14 race season (tracks undecided yet) Assists Allowed (Except Braking Assist & Pit Assist) We maintain our own independent league tables. We want to get a solid community together for the 2020 game, before we begin looking towards future seasons and multi-tier levels based on competitiveness. Interested? OMG yeah guys this is such a big issue for me. By far the best work around I have found (at least for pad) are the two following methods. 1. Elite Series 2 Controller (will probably work on the original elite too) In the normal control options change up and down on the MDF from d pad up and d pad down to right stick up and right stick down. Then in controller accessories map two of your back paddles to whatever you have MDF left and right set to. 2. Method two is the same as some of you guys said. Completely map d pad to the right stick. 3. The third option is just put up with the input lag and have your favoured shortcuts on and hope it gets fixed on the new game. I haven't decided which I am settling for as they all have drawbacks.
