@KickUp Not sure if this has been asked yet. Will the tuning sliders be like it is in Dirt Rally or will there be reference points through out the range of adjustment.

I would also like a more true to life based setup numbers.

Are the R5 cars allowed to change any gear ratios IRL or are they restricted?

  2. On Fearless difficulty it would be cool if the mechanics actually could fail to complete a repair in time. Let's say you need to change the clutch. It's estimated that this will take 29 minutes of the 30 available. If your crew is skilled they would likely do it in that time or even less. However, things can always go wrong, so they might actually need 1-2 minutes more, which means a time penalty.

    So here's a suggestion:

If you dont quite like the idea about the i20 R5 being exclusive to pre-orders and probably being a paid DLC post-launch send a tweet to Christina (@xtinamcgrath) and Andy (@AndyGray_). Maybe they can do something about it... Personally I don't like this approach.
It's not on them either so don't shoot the messengers please. I'll be speaking to people about it.
What Paul said - it's not our decision (as ultimately Sales and our distribution partners Koch decide how the game is packaged) - but I can certainly take the feedback back to the team for future projects. However, with things locked in and announcements confirmed, I'm afraid there's very little that could come off the back of it for DiRT 4.
    Understandable.

I know its a bad word around here, Sounds like DLC in the future.  A unique event and a Car that may be bought later (not confirmed).

    I will shut up now
DLC is no problem if the actual production of the content is finalized after the release.
Releasing content that is ready on release as paid DLC later on, that is what people hate.
