Just to give you a little more insight; when he talks about immersion with pCARS 2, it's visual immersion, which is pretty undeniable. He has been highly critical of pCARS 2 on the handling/FFB front in streams, outside of some cars that are actually good. Most games have something worth getting excited about, even if other things within it are questionable. As for Dakar...well, I saw enough in just how bad the driving model was to not touch it. Given the detail it has in certain areas, it feels like a bit of a waste for it to drive as it does.

Depending on the stage, I guess it could be possible to actually make something along the lines of the length of the Finnish stages. I'd think making a Kenyan stage would take less resources engine wise than something like Finland, given the sparse nature of the landscape.
