D+ Livery #5 Is Already In the Game

This is a custom livery I designed for the Don'tCut.net online race team. It's completely fictional and didn't take all that long to design to be honest. Is it the lack of inspirational talent? The limited time you have? I hope it's not because you just can't be bothered...

    REALLY CODEMASTERS? LEGO??? WHY?

Nice try troll. You should probably try to improve your reading skills.
  3. That's why I haven't come across it. Haha
  4. I haven't come across that file before while creating liveries.

i come back on DR 1.0 and D4

It is your right to do that and I fully respect that. For me personally, it's something that can be a little irritating from time to time but it doesn't affect the overall great feeling it gives me when I drive those stages etc.

    New Ford Fiesta R5

I really do like the look of this one. We do have one of the new R5 evo cars that'll be run in the upcoming rallies, the Skoda Fabia R5 evo.

That's what's keeping you from playing DR 2.0? I hope not because you are missing out on a lot of fun! If you read the latest road book, there's a mention of some changes to a few of the calls. Hopefully that will help you be less disappointed.

I don't know if that's an option for every location but why not try to add one or two new long stages to the existing ones but make sure that they are not the same visually, surface-wise, etc. I know that it's easy to do that for Germany. We can have vineyard stages for example. I know it's been brought up several times over the last few years but that shows you the amount of people wanting those vineyard stages. Are there options for all the other locations?

    DiRT Rally 2.0 Roadbook - June 7, 2019

Lots of great things in the road book. Keep the improvements and content coming. 😉 I think a lot of people will be ecstatic once they read the paragraph about the 1.5 update. I was able to get such beautiful images like @UDegani to show off my custom creations.
  10. Copying the painted layer onto the templates of DR2.0 cars and the changing a few aspects as the don't necessarily match up perfectly. It's not too difficult to convert DR liveries to DR2.0. The speccoc should indeed be started from scratch. I myself prefer to create new liveries because I didn't create liveries for previous titles and I don't want to copy other people's work.

Bring Paul Coleman to lead Dirt Rally 2.0

First of all, that adjustment made by the eyes is not done in a 1/100 of a second. Do the following test: make sure your room is completely dark. You won't see anything not even the shapes of objects in the room. Over time (one or several minutes) your eyes will adjust and you'll see more clearly in the dark. Secondly, I drive the stages with the onboard camera (driver's view). Why would I want to watch the replays from the same perspective?

True except for the part about letting the Russians take control. I don't think this a particularly good idea. There might be some who would improve it but the risk of running the game into the ground is more likely to happen. No offence to any of Russians but, historically speaking, giving power to the Russians hasn't worked out well in most cases (both in gaming and real history). Not trying to insult anyone, just stating facts.
  13. @gfRally A kid's imagination has no limits. Their creations are usually bolder or more impressive because they don't think about what people might like or not. They just go insane and do what they want, no matter how crazy it is. 😛
  14. You know who created really nice liveries in the past? Not designers but the creative minds of kids! And who remembers this one:
  15. I can see them as well. Worth the wait too. 😄
