You have to increase the FFB to 150 in order to sense there is actually some kind of FFB in this game, as if my controller is running on low battery and it isn't. The FFB in GAS was really poor compared to let's say Forza 7 and Horizon, but in this game one can hardly say there is FFB at all which makes cars soulless and not fun to drive. How can we give you detailed feedback on something that is actually totally missing. Not buying the game until this and multiplayer issues are fixed. Tested on XBOX One S. Triggers have no sensible ffb.

green = GAS blue = Grid 2019 I always complained GAS is dead online... it however still survives while the new one dies rapidly. I wonder why this happens? Probably because codemasters are not saying a word about their plans for the new GRID - will they modify the multiplayer to make the community happy or they will leave it like it is (it hardly "is", more accurate would be "isn't" :)). As someone wrote in another thread - at the moment this game and this forum are waste of time. Where are you Codemasters?

How do you know? P.S.: I get salary tomorrow... hopefully something will convince me I have to spend some 30€...

I wonder how from here on they would sell a GRID game without releasing a demo first...

Okay, but how in the first place they were thinking they could release the game as it is?! There for sure is too much of a misconception here...

I didn't really need to train in single as 1st GAS is very similar in handling to the first GRID, only a little more sim (which I like) and 2nd I had the game upon release so there weren't many trained players online anyways :)

I have never actually played single player in GAS exactly because of what you wrote, but who cares about single?:)

If we are talking about a complete GRID game I think we have only RD GRID to talk about. :) In my opinion if GAS was complete (+text chat and spectating from lobby) and 100% of its' features were working it is no doubt the best game of all. I'd even say the most enjoyable racing game ever. It's very enjoyable even now when you manage to find a lobby with good old players.

Good idea, but I would've listed all GRID releases as possible answers. I personally think GAS is the best and it is the one that needs to be remastered. Anyway I voted YES cause the first one is also worth buyin remastered. 🙂

There's finally a video coming up with details about multiplayer... Can't wait. The life of any game is very closely related to what it offers online. I hope Codemasters will not disappoint.

...all looking good but still nothing about multiplayer? ...as if it will be a single player only game 😄 I've tried all of the famous at the moment sim racers but I honestly say that GAS multiplayer is the most fun and adrenalinish among all (At least to me, for all sims I used an old G27 wheel), BUT only after you manage to find a lobby and after that start racing before you get kicked for an unknown reason. What I am saying is that there are a lot of things that need to be polished so to say and there is still no word about multi at all. I never played single player in GAS. Highest rank reached was 76 in TC in multiplayer only. Quit playing because GAS multi was dead before it actually started, simply because of lack of 1. Text chat & 2. No spectating option while in lobby & 3. The funny cockpit camera (which I didn't actually mind). So my main question would be whether you are planning on addressing the above 3 things in the new Grid? Any news on multiplayer in general would be appreciated a lot! Thanks!

I am really excited about the upcoming game! At the same time I am afraid that the problem with the clutch not working on Logitech steering wheels will not be addressed and that would mean no playing for me. I stopped playing Autosport only because of this... I have tried a lot of other games like AC, PJ, Forza etc. but none is as fun as GAS in terms of handling so it'll be real pitty to have a new unplayable with steering wheel GRID. And I am sure everyone would agree: text chat is a must!!! The lack of it spoils the in-game community...

Hello everyone, I only have the Touring Legends DLC and am looking to buy two more. Which ones would you recommend to me? I am looking for DLC's which would allow me to join a custom cup online... meaning I need to know which are the DLC's that most people have so that I can play online with them.. :) I am looking at the "Sprint pack" & "Road & Track car pack" - are these the right choice having in mind the written above? Hi everyone, There are a few issues that I run into very often lately: 1. When I go to multiplayer I get the message "You are not connected to Steam.. etc" (and believe me I am connected to Steam) and I cannot connect 2. When I happen to connect without getting the message above I only see a couple of online lobbies and they are usually dead 3. When it occasionally happens to join a session and finally start racing I very often lately get the message "You lost connection to the session.. .etc" Adding the issue with the online AI not starting the race makes the multi unplayable and extremely annoying. I wonder how nobody mentions these problems and especially Codemasters - as if they do not exist. So my question to Codemasters is - are you working on fixing these and if yes when should we expect them to be fixed? I apologize if I sound a bit harsh but all these problems online give me the feeling I was deceived to give my money for a broken and unplayable game. Thanks in advance for your answer!

I'm on PC and haven't had any issues for a month or more, my steam friends play often as well and have not complained either. My PC is quite an old one and I am forced to play the game at ultra low settings to avoid lag... Haven't come across dead sessions either, nor disconnects etc... game's perfectly playable atm.

You answered the reason right there . its cause of all your fellow countryman that are idiots as to why you get the shaft. You are either a 10 year-old or an idiot yourself for saying this... How can you judge a person based on his nationality? I'd have banned you from the forums for this post. 

Allow me to disagree :)

You can test this in online - all you have to do is buy a second, brand new car and upgrade it to the level you want to test it at. Note that there is no limitation as to how many cars of the same model you have in your garage, all you need is slots... Hope this helps. P.S.: there is difference between a stock tuned car and an upgraded and tuned one - it is not huge but when it comes to good drivers it's more than enough to get you a sec or two advantage. P.S.2: what I am wondering is whether the win ratio of a car makes any difference in its performance... if it doesn't then why it is at all indicated in vehicle's history?

I've never had any issues with the game except the repair costs which have been fixed and am now fully enjoying it!  If it had the text chat in online it would have been 10/10 for me, now it's 9/10 and still the best racing game I've played ever (I am a GRID 1 fan too but it had less cars and tracks so it's 8.9/10) ;) If all of you complainers think the game is crap simply stop playing it and move over, it's that simple.
