  1. @Hughesy hope you and the biker are OK!
Been having a play with this for a while: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2015-32336071
Realistically I can't see any way of the conservatives getting back in (as the SNP won't align with them), unless UKIP gains a heck of a lot of seats.

You've actually got to be kidding me

Stories like this remind me why I have such little faith in society.

If Hamilton is sexist for spraying a podium girl with champagne, does that make anyone who sprays Lewis with champagne a racist?

    ;)
It's not like he's the only driver to do it either, I'd say most drivers on the grid that have been on the podium will have done it.

I'm officially going to ïSilverstone for the GP this year!
I was until Dave chickened out o:) Still going to Silverstone, but watching BTCC, which will probably be a more exciting race anyway :) F1 has been awful so far this season.
Blame my work for only extending me for 6 months :p At least we're still seeing some racing though!

As for watching ACI before flying, yup, done that, then kinda worried the whole flight knowing the plane I was on was probably 20 years old or so lol.
I was flying Easyjet, so probably would've worried regardless. :joy: That turned out to be the best holiday ever with my bro. We went to Prauge and stayed in a crappy bedsit type place. But we were barely there, we were drunk 24/7. The best place we went was a underground bar where each table had it's own beer tap, good times B)
We weren't the clubbing type, so just went on a pub crawl for 7 days, you could actually smoke inside unlike the UK which was nice.

Like I said BTCC will be more exciting I think. This Season with the nose changes, the F1 cars struggle to follow and overtake. Every lap of touring car racing is exciting. :)

F1 always had the loud engines which made it more exciting, but now they don't. They only have a 1.6L like my car, albeit turbocharged.
Im going to Croft for the BTCC the week before as well!
I don't mind the new engines - I love the tech to do with them, but I am dissappointed by the new noses.

I'm guessing this is what Rosberg is thinking. By slowing down, Hamilton is hurting Rosberg's tyres. If you go for the overtake, you push your own tyres even more. Not only that, Hamilton seems in such control of his pace that he would easily react to that. You won't be able to get close enough to really attack him and you'll just end up in the same position you're in now, only it will hit your tyres even more because of the increased pace.

Which is called racecraft, really I have no idea what Rosberg is twisting about!

  5. Pretty boring race, I thought strategy might play a roll but the top four all had roughly the same strategies.

The Mercs do have Ferrari breathing down their necks though... It could turn out to be a really interesting development race between the two teams. With Merc moving up their front wing this weekend it could throw off the timing of upgrades causing a nice give and take between Ferrari and Mercedes.
Merc had that front wing ready for Malaysia but didn't use it. Complacency cost them.

I don't know if anyone has suggested this before or if this is something anyone wants, but I had a thought on something we could add to the game to make it a bit more interesting.
We all know how betting works, if you put money on a favourite and they win, you wont get a huge return compared to putting money on an outsider when they win.
So I thought maybe, based on current form we could add multipliers to each driver. How this would work is, for example, Lewis Hamilton would have a 0.6x multiplier, so if you got his position correct, instead of 15 points, you would get 9. But, someone like Sainz could have a 1.3x modifier, so if you get his position correct, you will get 19.5 (You could just have even numbers if you don't like the decimals, or round it up).

The modifier would be based purely on their ability to score points, so if you gamble on Alonso for 10th on Sunday and he does finish there, you could have a 1.8x modifier applied, because McLaren have been outside the points for the last 2 races. You could change the modifier every 3 races maybe?

I don't know, maybe it will just over complicate it too much, but it is just an idea. It would be pretty easy to implement at this point, because 3 races have not taken place, therefore no modifier would need to be applied until after China.
No offence but there is no way I'm doing that, it's hard enough to run the game as it is :p

Meant to post this earlier, first time I've seen one in person :)

I remember driving down to yours and seeing a Ferrari 458, sadly I was driving so could take a picture. Seems a hotspot for good cars for some reason. :D
When I was in Germany I went into a Rolls Royce dealership, a Tesla dealership and saw a Ferrari FF parked up :p
