Or perhaps the almost complete lack of a proper wing? That's what bugs me, at least.
-
The "hello i am 13 yrs old lol" font of the driver names on the window doesn't help either.
-
Proton? Last I drove one of those was in Rally Championship from 1999. I wouldn't mind having one in DR2.0! :D

Yeah I think it's r*tarded as well, but what can you do. People with 35 IQ will just keep throwing money on this.

Didzis beat me to it. :P

Haha...Anyway. V-Rally 4 is actually ... kinda ... good. I am enjoying it. Definitely 1000 times better handling than WRC 7! And it is not locked at 30 fps. :D

i just bought v-rally 4 hahahahahah

I definitely prefer the Loeb one over the one you linked, personally... though of course this one remains the best. Both occupants visible, clear view of the road:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQZQJksXFcg

I just have to share this gem I found on Youtube - a full 20 minute stage with Sebastien Loeb himself. With a rather rare camera angle too; at least the amount of times I've seen it can be counted on one hand. Much better than the crap they give us today:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVp7W9dySnU

Well, actually the often mentioned Richard Burns Rally had this feature. What? I have zero memories of that other than that there are ruts here and there. Or are you talking about mods? No, vanilla game. Have you beaten it? Or at least finished some championships? There are ruts but they get deeper over time depending on your starting position and also some cuts on inside corners get really rough, really fun:] Interesting. Can't really remember, such a long time ago. As far as I remember it was only visual, didn't really affect the grip or anything. I'd love to be proven wrong on this though.

They built on DR's V2 handling to create D4's handling. The exact same pivoting around a centre point is seen in DR as well (and Colin McRae Rally 1, 2, 3, 4, & 2005 for that matter). You need only corner once or twice in Germany to see this and feel it.DR's handling was never perfect, but to me the V1 physics were superior to current V2 ones that turned every car into a hovercraft that weighs about the same as a laundry basket, and handles as such.Sorry for being bitter. :p

Can confirm Youtube is to blame, not the game itself.

It have been confirmed in the forum it's DiRT Showdown 2 Codemasters wouldn't be that stupid.

This. Never ever again after what Codies did with D4. I will pay £40 happily after I am convinced it is a finished product with proper physics, because updates might never come XD I was 100% convinced they'd fix Dirt 4. :(

Weird the video actually claim he's a fairly clean gamer for the most part at 3:34. ...until he started acting like a douche. All downhill from there.

The Speed dude had been wrecking people for a while, so it wasn't just a "some sort of party or drunk" scenario. How you would consider the thing "fun" I cannot possibly fathom. The guy is a douche, simple as. Mind, he's not a douche for not taking a simracing game seriously. Each to their own. He's a douche for being disrespectful towards people who actually do put the time and effort into becoming good, working hard on increasing their IR and SR and whatnot. How many hours has he ruined for others simply because he got bored? There's some footage of his wrecking in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQh5O2RG4CQ So yeah. Not a very nice person. If racing online in a sim is so boring for him, he shouldn't even participate.

Since Scott Speed got banned from iRacing for being a moron and ramming people off the road (as evident by your video), is he really such a good example? :P

Punctuation, dude. Commas. Your post is a mess to read. Not that I can make sense of it anyway.

Sebastien Loeb uses hood view in his own rally game. How does that make you feel?
