I didn't like how it handled the jumps, myself, it felt a bit exaggerated compared to its real-life counterpart (judging by rally footage). I think it should be better in D4 with the improved aerodynamics though.

I think the wheelbase is the same as the one in DR, as that is the short wheelbase version. Handling-wise I'd imagine it to be slightly different, especially at speed - but not an awful lot. It should be noticably quicker though.

 :o Downloading D4 is going to be an all-day affair for me. Thats rough :( But on the upside, you can have a Dirt Rally marathon while you wait ;) Whenever I try to play games when downloading via Steam, I get horrible stutters. I'm guessing this is due to the game actually installing while downloading - so (at least for me) this wouldn't be an option. :(

Mine uses 39gb.

My DSL is looking forward to downloading Dirt 4.

I'm with you on that one. Rally cars should make noise - the louder the better, not buzz around like insects in heat.

anyone? I'm pretty sure the cars makes their own setup sometimes in Dirt Rally... seen it happen to most of them. They mostly appear to set the suspension to the hardest value, and the dampers to the softest value. They also mess with the gears and differentials. Not entirely sure what causes it, but always make sure you double & triple check before setting off.

It is an impressive car. It could beat WRC cars of the day as well - though only on tarmac. Preferrably dry, but I've seen Panizzi and Delecour do their magic with it in the wet as well, back in the day.

The staff are all very friendly there and the tea making facilities were good. However I was disappointed by the lack of kebab pizza on site.  I'm going to eat one of those tomorrow! I might snap a picture or two. ;)

Meeke and Mikkelsen. Neat. 5000 euro fine though... yikes.

Ah man,there were too many missed opportunities of spectacular crashes at pikes peak because of those resets in dirt rally.  Yeah, I have a feeling that the off road countdown had gone, but don't hold me to that. It has. You can spend as long as you want stuck off track and choose if and when you want to recover. You can also go further off track before hitting reset lines.  We do still police corner cutting though.  That is amazing news. Does this mean that people that gets a little too frisky on daily events can have their time removed -- or recieve a penalty? Not sure what the punishment would be in reality as I've yet to see it occur...

I hate all of them equally.
