I... I believe you have my stapler... It doesn't bind up as much. Mandatory fun fact about Swingline being forced to produce red staplers after that movie due to high demand.

That's from Skyrex though, not CM. All they did was link it.

I'm not saying they aren't, after all I have a tiny amount of back room access. But it's one thing to not talk about cars you're trying to license because they might not happen, and another to fix things but not mention that they're being fixed. The patch notes are usually pretty vague too, and some people have been trying to figure out what's ghosted in since there's changes that aren't mentioned in the patch notes. It's just weird.

VR confirmed for 1.7. Those 4 people will be happy, but probably not actually. The more... hmm, frustrating thing is like before the FFB update there was a lot of complaints about it, and it finally released, but there was very little confirmation as to if it was happening at all. I don't think anyone is asking for specific release dates of fixes and stuff, but most developers at least say "Hey we're working on fixing this bug." Not that this game is as disastrous as the launch of No Mans Sky, but going radio silent about potential fixes and additions just make people assume the game is dead and isn't going to be fixed. Like Nier Automata that I'm pretty sure still requires a community mod that only works on Win10 to get full screen to actually work.

Yeah well codies have seemed to proved themselves actually rather **** at both generating interest and keeping in touch with the fans. PJ is more active than Xtina, which he says was doing all the community effort, but he still can't say anything the company won't allow him to, regardless of whether or not they are planning on a season 3. So while PJ is more active, it's been about talking some patch notes (Which they're still very coy about sharing what they're working on, which is weird) or generalities. You'd really think that all the positive feedback from how DR1 was handled would've had some impact, but apparently not.

Pretty sure that's the same parent company. They have the same logo. They also made that brilliant little plane during WW2. Shame really.

Another Monster crash? The spirit of Mr. The Block really gets around. Never seen a car just disintegrate like that... well. mostly. 1:02 is the exact time the spirit of Mr. The Block possesses the car. (Insert video here of the British Leyland challenge where everything falls off Jeremy's car over cobblestones) You see that Monster energy sign in the background? Block.

In unrelated fashion, it's a bit "old" but I don't think it's been discussed here, anyone have any thoughts about this? I'm not too hot on it. It's like the halfway point between a beetle and a Porsche. It's not small and compact enough to be "cute" like a beetle, or long and smooth enough to be more refined like a Porsche. And something about the back end actually almost scares and revolts me.

Oh, well he IS wearing a Monster race suit, so the Mr. The Block American Dudebro must've sweat in it and transferred his consciousness to Pat. If you look carefully you can also see the exact moment Mr. The Block takes over Pats mind and says "Ribbit ribbit, feeling froggy!" and just throws the car off to make it crash.

Yeah, I haven't really had anything break on my Fanatec setup, but after my second TM wheel broke I took it apart with an EE friend of mine and the board was disgusting. There was flux, solder, and hot glue everywhere, while all of the chips except one were cheap no-name garbage. The only one that wasn't was the main chip and it had 3 pins bridged with sloppy solder work. Peoples wheels were literally smoking and lighting on fire because of that. Over the years they might have upgraded their QA, but.... releasing them like that at all is awful. Luckily my TM wheels died within the Amazon refund period so I sent everything back and went Fanatec instead. Everything about it from the look of the wheel housing to the quality of materials, ease of use, and total open-ness to modifications and customization has impressed me. I wasn't very impressed by any of the "higher end" TM stuff, which was well below the low end Fanatec quality. You're going for 2 very different price points with a T300 and a CSW V2. And with my personal experience of the **** quality of the wheel rims, (the leather wheel addon apparently killed a lot of peoples wheels a few years ago) the poorly designed shifter, and laughable pedal sets, I'm not inclined to ever go for TM when I get a similarly priced Fanatec product with better quality and materials. Also, any minor issues I did have with Fanatec I could fix myself since the mechanics and electronics are spectacularly simple and clean. No way was I fixing that TM garbage.

I would say never buy Thrustmaster wheels after I bought two of them that killed themselves within 2 weeks. Looking at the slop of the PCB they have, I'm surprised it didn't light on fire. Amazon reviews had other people claiming their wheels were dying with a puff of smoke, and in the hundreds of users, not just a few. Granted, I didn't buy the high end Fanatec wheel and got a GT2, but looking at the PCB itself, it's immaculate. I've never had any problems with it in years, aside from the flappy paddles which I could fix, but I don't like them anyways. The shifter and pedals are WAY nicer than the chincy "pro" stuff TM offers for the same price. Also, for the price of a Fanatec wheel, you're nowhere near the price of an accuforce, which only works on PC, and not with all games since most devs don't even have one to test with. The only issue I had with customer support was when my load cell in the brake pedal died and got some Indian on the line who was no help at all. I managed to get an American and he sent one out right away.

In my opinion an F1 rim is like one of those useless as seen on TV one use kitchen products. It does F1, and that's it. I'm pretty happy with a standard rim, I can do rally, drift, GT, road cars, and F1. And I can use the more realistic 900 DOR. I obviously can't stop you, but if you're not getting swappable rims, I'd highly suggest a standard rim.

I would suggest not if you don't want to use severely limited rotation like Pork and Dgeesio. F1 rims are only good if you're using ~200 degrees of rotation.

Most people don't go for achievements. Go to any single player game and check it out. I have Persona 5 and I think (my brother is borrowing my PS4) that only like 70% of the people beat the first dungeon. Very few finished the game. The same goes for Uncharted 4 and every other game I've checked. I don't really do the campaign mode in dirt and generally just do custom events. I also skip the weeklies n stuff. In other news, this week Mr. The Block heads to Ireland where he complains about the weather, the stages, the locals, the lack of testing on his car, and sabotages a competitors car so he crashes after he was caught trying to steal it. On a more serious note, at the end it's revealed that the rally was canceled due to a large crash in which Manus Kelly, 3 time champ had passed. Mr. The Block offers his condolences, in spite of my dark humor wanting to say he didn't.
