No. (The PC version doesn’t either except via mods, AFAIK.)

Codemasters would be mad to ignore 360 and PS3, those consoles will still represent their biggest market opportunity by far at F1 2014 launch time and it’s not like the franchise has stellar sales at the best of times. Aside: Please don’t start threads with meaningless subjects like “Codemasters please read”—just say what it’s about so we can all decide whether we want to read it. (Codemasters, I would hope, read every thread anyway.)

If you still have access to the PS3 and need to get the disk out, you could try this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5-wV05_Zjg

The wheel will work, the force feedback won’t unless you install the old kernel extension that used to ship with OS X, but doesn’t any more. I’ve seen instructions for doing that on 10.8, but don’t know if they still apply to 10.9.

Will disc copies of F1 2014 be available in North America?

Microsoft don't care, they'd much rather every game sold was digital only. -
Was certainly exciting last night, but there was an almost laughable amount of persistent corner cutting too which wasn't so good to see...

Dunno what the official line is, but it hasn’t worked for me since I linked my G+ account to my YouTube account.

You don't necessarily need a stand for the CSR--I have mine bolted to a beanbag laptop tray from Ikea, and I just use it sitting on the sofa! -
This is somewhat true. On the other hand, I still play TOCA 3 on my Mac and my PS2 today, and there’s no doubt it stands up better than *cough*some recent efforts*cough* as an incredibly diverse, engaging, challenging and fun driving game. Heck, in terms of actual on-disk content, it’s arguably better than the likes of Forza 5.

Yes, that's the one, and it's officially supported in 2013. It was a great piece of kit for the money, so you still have to pay reasonable amounts for them second hand unfortunately. Incidentally, if you're tempted by a MadCatz Force Feedback wheel (not the MC2 that @IcemanFan7 suggested, which doesn't have FF), I'd say think twice -- they're also supported in F1 2013, and they're not bad (it a little overpriced) when they work, but they're *very* prone to breaking. -
Game breaking bugs that are not fixed

I haven’t experienced the gravel noise either, but I’ve certainly seen it on YouTube videos… seem to remember it happening to Justin @ BoxBoxBox in one of his vids fairly recently. -
whats to stop the pirates/hackers
scottishwildcat replied to blackMamba99's topic in General Discussion
I’m sure they’re bothered, they took a number of steps on the Steam version in particular to detect and ban hackers and cheats (using Steam’s Valve Anti-Cheat System). I suspect such things aren’t quite as easy on consoles (at least not current-gen ones, or do we have to call them last-gen now?), but even if it was, at the end of the day it's a cat and mouse game and there will always be people whose main goal in life is to beat the system. If you reported the player in question through the usual channels and told your Xbox to avoid them in future, then you’ve done your bit to help. -
blackMamba99 said: He might have said that, but if he did I’m pretty sure he was joking. He’s a pretty well respected league racer, and they certainly don’t allow hacks.

Which classic tracks do you want in F1 2014?
scottishwildcat replied to VDG's topic in General Discussion
Not on consoles there aren’t, and that’s where most of their sales come from. -

For those of us who don't like to actually visit forums in our browser unless we have to, the RSS and/or email notification settings could do with some improvement. On the old forums, you had "new topics" and "new posts" RSS feeds for every sub-forum. That was pretty good, though I'd have preferred to get the same updates by email. Now it looks like your RSS feeds are much more limited (to new topics only), and I can only get email notifications of new posts in topics I've either bookmarked or that I'm participating in--I can't seem to bookmark a whole sub-forum. And the emails I get don't actually contain the text of the new posts, just a link to them, which makes them pretty useless.

It's in your profile settings. Notifications. Right, but I only see notification settings for threads I've bookmarked (I can't seem to bookmark forums) or that I'm participating in, which isn't really what I'm after. EDIT: Apart from which, the emails you do get don't seem to contain the text of the new posts, just a link to them, which makes them pretty useless anyway...

Good to be back... since there don't appear to be "every post" RSS feeds for each forum any more, is there any way to get an email every time there's a new post to a particular forum instead? It doesn't matter how pretty they are, a website just isn't the best place to read discussions :)
