    Maybe a stupid question, but: What function has that thing on the roof of the Fiesta R5 MkII?

    I saw it has two big holes on the front, gets smaller to the back and is open at the back, too.
    First I thought it's a graphical bug that its open at the back, because I always thought its for cooling the brakes or something.
    But on RL pictures it's open at the back, too.

    I may have a completely wrong view what these things (I don't even know the name of it) actually do.

    He seems to be entered in the jwrc category, which means he will use the newer Mk8 R2 provided by M-Sport. Haven’t seen any news from him about it, will he do a full season?

The pictures by Codemasters and the original pictures show both a Porsche 911 SC RS

     

    Visually they differ quite a lot, don't they? Codies model have a bigger rear wing and looks to have wider wheel arches aswell? Also bumpers are different but maybe all this differs because the pics of the real car is in Safari spec?
