Season 2 appeared in my DLC list
-
Am I wrong, or is Poland actually only location without achievement dedicated to it?
-
I have one, though I’m not sure if I can give it away
-
I have read somwhere that embargo goes down by 18th February
-
I still have hope for Ireland though. Maybe if there will be seasons beyond 2, then it will happen. There is just so many little clues pointing for this location
-
Is Focus coming too? P.S Oh it actually does, I have missed it. Well, ta least something, though I would have prefered Xsara (I know licensing)
-
Itd cool that there is DLC, but I just dont like the fact that one more time we get cars in 2000s class, that never really got to meet each other
-
Is it just me or the third monitor on the final picture looks like Monte Carlo?
-
The cameras used in real life onboards, use fisheye lens, which curves the edges of a picture. It makes the stage look more narrow than in real life. I remember there was the same problem with F1 2017 and the tires width. In TV the fisheye lens made them look thinner
-
For me the begging of the stage looks very similar to Paprotki, that was used in 2017. Until the exit of the first village I actually thought it's Paprotki
-
I hope it’s not. I want new stages. Not ones we have already seen. Well, maybe they can do both. One long stage would be Hafren-Sweet Lamb (as in DiRT Rally) and the other would be new (if Wales is in I would personally like Brening)
-
Ok so I have a theory about the 28 stages, Stephane Prevot was talking about. If @versedi is right, and the stage we saw first isn't Baranowo, it means that we can have two different long stages for DiRT Rally 2.0. I would imagine that they will also be available in reverse, so you practically have 4 stages to record pacenotes for. Why 4? Now here's a thing. Pace notes recorded for stage run in one direction, don't actually apply well for it, if its run in other direction. That's the thing I learned when I have done some pacenotes for myself, for RFactor. You couldn't just simply "mirror" the pacenotes, because some corners were different when run in reverse. It sounds strange, but it's actually true, believe me. Now let's move to the 28 number it's a weird number, because it doesn't divide by 6 nor by 8. But it actually divides by 4 (4 stages per location) and it gives us 7. I know that we are expecting possibly 8 locations, but maybe some of the weren't ready to record, so they got S.Prevot to record for the first 7, and maybe they will bring him back for the last one. Ok, so that's what I think, let me know if I missed something
-
Hold on, did wrc 7 use real stages? I didn't know that Well the names were real but WRC 7 Baranowo, was nowhere near the authentic one
-
Pretty hyped for Baranowo, the concrete section in the village there is pretty fun. I was there, spectating in 2017

When I say these people behave like kids, I wasn't meaning the fact that they are asking for VR. I meant the way they do it. It's nothing wrong with saying that you want devs, to implement something, but when it's like 10 guys shitposting #NoVRNoBuy under every goddamn single post by Codies over and over, it's annoying as hell. Not even mentioning the fact that they have stated it multiple times, what are the chances of VR in DR2. The game is under development and if you post this hashtag under those posts, it won't make VR implement itself, like really guys, what do you expect will happen?
-
I find it funny that people keep saying that Coedmasters did not say anything about VR, becasue they have mentioned it on the livestream and multiple times on FB, that it won't be available at launch, but,if there will be support they will implement it later. Side note: people who type #NoVRNoBuy are behaving like little spoiled kids. Second things second, it's true that WRC games implemented the tire choice, but it was so poorly done, that you could literally feel no difference between compounds. And the last thing is that, as far as I watch WRC, there seems to be a road sweeping for the front cars even on the second loop, if conditions are dry.
-
I had this game and it was straight up horrible. Pshycis, graphics, and generally gameplay was really bad, though two good things were Skoda's? and different co-drivers for each crew. Stages were ok-ish, but quite short
-
Well, it's a surprisingly common mistake, with the polish flag, but the roads itself look good. Been to this rally many, many times and it seems quite similar P.S look at the time, over 9 minutes and not at the end yet. That's quite a long stage and I like it
-
There is? Yup, you need to be following to see stories. Can someone please post this photo here?
-
Well Polish Rally Championship is hold almost entirely on tarmac, so yeah it's not impossible that it will be a tarmac one in DR2. But personally I would prefer it on gravel:)

Pretty accurate as I recall. "Too much grip!!1!" – Dirt forums, April 27, 2015 to June 5, 2017 "Dirt Rally was perfect!!11" – Dirt forums, June 6, 2017 to present The pshysics model is a really personal thing, but author of the article should be less emotional. And the whole thing about paid content is just purely ridiculous. P.S I wouldn't compare comments from the begging of Early Access to comments after full game launch
-
Well, one thing we know for sure. They have some good drugs in Škoda Motosport
-
I read this article and got a big wtf in my mind. Until it gets to the DiRT Rally part, it's critical but somehow in small percentage, accurate. But then author starts writing about DiRT Rally: "It was before Christmas 2015, when a new rally sim, called Dirt: Rally, came out. However, the fans weren’t too excited. The range of tracks and cars was truly amazing, but the way the cars behaved wasn’t. Once again, the series tried and failed to produce a worthy successor of Richard Burns Rally. The physics model was cumbersome and with too much traction on all surfaces, the simulation didn’t feel very realistic. And developers made it worse when they prevented players from modifying the cars’ behaviour. Instead of providing improved model of physics, they introduced more paid content, alienating the hardcore fans. Although the game was a lot of fun for less experienced players, the skilled ones could get bored quite soon. The unfulfilled potential was, in the end, even worse than if the game was really that bad by itself." What. The. Hell

Actually, I would really like the ERC licensed game. There are so many great stages there, like Barum, or Azores and this year Rally Poland. I would love Codies getting this license, but probably this won't happen

The quality of onboards is just horrible. P.S oh, and Ogier have spun
