  1. Felt quite OK in Spain, but made a really silly mistake in SS6. Lost concentration since it all felt easy, kept a bit too much speed in a corner and the car slid wide and touched the armco. Spun, and then a really slow slide off the road that I couldn't get up from so a heavy reset time when I auto reset 😕 don't have the timing UI on, so don't know exactly, but I guess about 30-40 seconds penalty.

  2. Ehm... he says keep right over jump, and you veer out to the left on the jump and don't even turn in to the next corner in time. Sorry mate, that one's on you.

There are a few places where the calls are too late, and a few where the grading is a bit off, but if you think that's an example of a bad call then I think it's more down to your driving.

  3. Completely messed up the setup for leg 1. Wasn't completely awful in the dry on SS1 (but got a spin from it being slightly understeery anyways). But on SS2 it was pure **** in the wet. Spun three times, had awful understeer mid-to-late in the corners, kept sliding out and really hard to judge the angle of attack.

Did some on-the-fly adjustments at service, and leg 2 it was much nicer to drive, luckily my tweaks were correct. One mistake on SS7 that cost me a bit, but nothing major for leg 2 and could push a little bit.

Anyone doing a clean run can beat me with about a minute or so, but apparently everyone as issues here.

  4. Cheat? Absolutely not. There's no auto reset zone, so it's fair game. Ugly and risky, but fair. Would've been different if it was a hole in the auto reset zones that could be exploited.

Some cuts in Poland are what I would consider exploits, but that's about it. Remember, until WRC made rules that at least one wheel was to be on the road drivers did some really dodgy cuts at places, at times simply skipping the road and driving on the side of it.

I went airborne unexpectedly in SS2 as well, or whichever had the fast uncuttable right 6 left 6. Couldve jumped over a 1.5m tall person there. I wasn't even near an edge, i was middle of road preparing for the chicane o-o. After SS3 i went to bed and..  - rage quit on SS4 due to forgetting its wet and not double checking the spares going away after an 'exit to menu' bug. Rest in pieces both rear tyres, TURN ONE.

This game is ridiculously unfun lol.

I wonder if those weird air stunts could be avoided by raising ride height. I was at about 2/3, which felt real good but might be necessary to be a bit over the top on ride height with the the R5s. Never really pushed hard with them so not used to setups.

  6. Wow. That was an unexpected DNF, to say the least. Car felt good, quite a soft and relaxed setup, was in a good rhythm. On SS1, the car suddenly just went airborne while on the road. Think that section has a small ledge that can unsettle the car, but never experience it to that degree. Oh well, no damage, just a spin.

SS2 also felt real good, had good pace, ran safe. Did some small cuts, no problems. Then a quite small cut in a place that usually doesn't cause any problems flips the car front first, smashes a wheel, and when I get on the road I just nudge the outside of the road at slow speed and another puncture. Wheels failure, DNF. Wow.

  7. Something that would be a big boon to the clubs/leagues scene would be a good API to handle clubs.

At minimum, easy to use system to get results from events.

But preferably a fully exposed API so we could do automated setups of events and control things more in detail.

If this was in place, a more rudimentary club page could be made officially, but the community could set up different special events by using the API if we want to. Long durability events with 30-40 stages, custom point systems, custom car selection and stuff like that.

  8. Cool, actually managed to almost keep pace in australia 😄

Then I threw it away on the final stage, slow slide off stage and kept sliding into auto reset, but the reset hit me with something like a minute penalty even though I was slow 😮

Oh well, some good signs for my RWD performance at least.

While I was enjoying myself on the Monaco stages it seems most of the others were just struggling there?

Yeah went horribad. Once again I tried to make a setup that was fast, but I soon found it pretty unpredictable. And I really suck at RWD, I think I try do drive them too much like a 4WD.

  10. Spain was ok.. Except for ss2. Started with touching the inside on the first left, flew straight into je valley. Don't have hud on, but I guess a 30 second penalty. Then I tried to push to regain time.... Went off twice more, and some really bad driving.

All other stages was ok, but not super fast. Did it all on wets, except for ss7 where I didn't make use of the softs grip at all.
