    Bug - Sound Cut out

Scratch that sound just cut off after 3 races again 😞

Try turning "Dynamic Range" to High in Audio Options (mine was set to low by default). Been playing all day without issues since i've switched that.

Same here, audio seems to cut out at random times in career mode, maybe get 3 or 4 stages then it cuts out, only restarting game fixes it.
  4. When i found out about stage degradation i thought you would "feel" more bumps and ruts through your wheel starting later compared to starting 1st on a stage. So far it's a crying shame because the game is bloody awesome in every other aspect. I hope it is just a bug with FFB but other "sim racers" on "you tube" etc thought it felt great but your average joe who played Dirt rally misses the road feel. If my original assumption is correct then a lil bit of "fake" road noise would be ok for me.
  5. I got a funny feeling because of the stage degradation road noise is a no go because the road noise is changing depending on where you start the rally. This sucks because i would rather have road noise than changing conditions without feel. As this is supposed to be a rally "sim" game and compared to dirt rally 1 which was considered a sim it's a shame. If the road surface is a mix of 3 different variants so as such the FFB would be impossible to match up with the degradation you currently are running on it's a crying shame. I wish Codies would make a new engine to deal with this kinda stuff as the ego engine is surely making it's age known by now, the graphics look great, the physics feel great but the FFB is severely lacking on wheels for road noise.

    DiRT Rally feedback list

Another suggestion for the replay camera, i agree with some of the posts already made i.e. make replays like real tv coverage but i would also like to see some mobile phone recordings/amateur footage from the spectators in replays. Like in real rallying the spectators get paid (i think) for any clips that the tv cameras don't pickup. Bit of wobbly hand held footage of you going off at a corner, think that would be awesome.

Sound deffinately needs tweaking a bit, outside the car in chase cam sounds good but anything else sounds a bit off is you ask me. Hopefully there's a few more graphical updates as well, it seems to be under utilising todays graphics card. If this is a "next gen" game i would hope to not be able to run it on mostly ultra settings at 2560x1080 on a r9 280x (especially as its an early access title). I know that sounds a bit stupid but looking to upgrade graphics card later this year or maybe early next year and want another reason to do so.

    DiRT Rally feedback list

Hi Codies, looking very promising but can't find an option for 21:9 aspect ratio, any plans to implement it as more people are buying these ultrawide monitors. The main reason i bought one was for racing games especially as i don't have the space for a triple screen setup.
  10. Please codies with the new game (autosport) can you watch for cheats on the leaderboards, ban them, remove their times. The people that cheat have already given you the money to buy the game so if they want to ignore the agreement that you will probably have pop up stating the rules of online play then please ban/remove times etc. If they wish to do it again then make them buy another copy of the game until they understand it will not be tolerated, after all, your hardcore fans will appreciate the "legitimate" times being posted and you get another cheat's money for re-buying the game (plus the satisfaction of banning them). Yeah wasn't impressed with Grid 2 gameplay wise (graphics were nice though) but after reading the interviews, i agree with everything that was said.....return to your roots :) Gladly awaiting this "correction" to the grid series plus stop keeping DiRT4 under wraps and give us a teaser, i miss my rallying hehe.
