My team, first season Monaco race, 25% race, I started first place, at the end of the race lapped a few cars at the back of the pack. Crossed the line in first place, but got immediately ranked 22nd. No disqualification or whatever, just p22, race director showed +1lap 2. Platform Xbox 3. Hi, In the very last week of using F1 2019, the game would crash as it tried to load my last savegame. It would run through the opening screens until it got to the point where it would need to open the savegame and then I would get the EGO Dumper 'We're sorry, but your game has crashed!' screen. At this point all I could do was hit the 'Send Report' button. I repeated this half a dozen times or more over a couple of days before admitting to myself that this was a game breaking issue that wasn't going to fix itself. The only option I had was to uninstall and reinstall the game which made no difference. Not knowing how the system works I could only assume that the savegame file was either in a location on my PC and was still being called up at the start of the game or it was being downloaded from somewhere else. As it happened, it wasn't a huge deal as I knew I was going to get my copy of F1 2020 within a few days. However, the EGO Dumper page still appears when loading 2020 but doesn't crash the game. This is what happens; a. I launch 2020 from the desktop shortcut b. I see the Steam black box saying 'Preparing to launch F1 2020' c. I get the EGO Dumper page and hit the 'Send Report' button. e. The game then loads to the front page (with the 4 drivers and 'Press Any Button', and showing 'Version 1.05') but the screen is frozen - background music is playing but pressing any button on the keyboard doesn't do anything. f. At this point the game hasn't gone full screen so I can see that in the quick launch bar the F1 2020 icon is showing orange so I press the Windows Start key which returns me to the desktop. g. I click on the icon and it takes me back to the game front page where pressing any button now works and the game loads as it should. I think I have covered everything you need in your 'bug report' template but I will continue with it here; 1. As above 2. PC 3. V 1.05 4. N/A 5. As above - ie with F1 2019 probably 6 - 8. 1) In our racing league, I am the league owner and there is one other member. The member did not finish the race because he crashed so he had to retire. When that that happened we got a message saying the results would not submit. When we went back to the league page, the page says next league event Australian race, go to event: in progress. However, it sends us to the practice for Australia where we get the same message when we finish that the results won't submit 2) xbox 3) 4) league-play 5) 6) we tried to go straight past qualifying, retire, wait for all guys to have results 7) controllers 😎

I've just completed this week's main event and finished 1st, but it gave me a score of 0. I also started last because the same happened in Qualifying. This hasn't happened to me in weeks past. Has anyone else had this issue? (PS4)

There was no car to overtake, so just 4 wheels. I tried to wait 10 minutes, but nothing. When I restart the game and return to my team, its saying that I completed that GP that I skipped but noone gets the points. A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. I did a race in My Team in Japan. I qualified 18th but I changed my engine parts so I had to start last. So I started the race and I already noticed that the commentator mentioned the start grid, but did not took all the penalties into account. During the formation lap the position on the topleft were incorrect as well. I was driving last position, but according to the screen I was still on 18th position. So I started the race and the position were right as they should. I finished 13th, but in the bottom left it shows that I finished 22nd place. This is also the case on the overview screen. According the overview I finished 22nd with +1 lap difference instead of the 13th place I should have. I did not have any penalties. So there is definitely something going wrong. I had no intention to do 27 laps again. How do you make the problem happen? As I mentioned on top, I qualified 18th, took some grid penalty by changing engine parts. Started last position. Used some flashbacks during the race and at the end I was 22nd +1 lap instead of position nr 13. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please include any error codes here When I start a time trial, the game seems to track the very first lap I do, but after that, the delta disappears, and the game does not track my delta at all. Worse, it doesn`t seem to save any of my new times. I have posted 2 pictures: an old TT attempt, with a (terrible) lap around 1:28, and then another pic with my best time of the session, with a lap around 1:27. For whatever reason, the game does not update my time. I know the game "knows" I have done a faster/new lap, because my challenge (complete 15 clean TT laps) updates, but the leaderboard doesn't. In the qualification of the AI without lap time, although if you personally enter each AI, then there is a lap time. 3. In Photo mode, shutter speed does not work, only 1/30 works, all other modes are 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, etc. - does not work! So it was in the last F1 2019! 4. the first race in his career 'my team' rode a color car, after the race he made it black and white. I launch the best moments and there is my black and white car !!! Although I participated in a colored car !!

1. Started a new season and I was doing some customisation to my car and the game decided to crash. Then I restarted the game and saw that the S4 standing sheets isn't showing anything any more. And when they finally overtake they going slow to let me overtake them. 2. Platform PS4 3. Hello, When we played split screen mode on Xbox One everything was fine, but when you play Vietnam track the game crashes just after one shot qualy. Just when second car passes start/finish line at end of the lap game crashes and you appear in the home screen of xbox and need to launch the game from scratch. We tried twice and same exact issue (cars we were both using was McLaren). If you choose not to have qualy and start the track it works all good and you can play, issue is only after qualification. Just seen the latest video of Tom97, he was in Mexico, the safety car came out, when it came back in, he could'nt take of due to some in built traction control even if we don't have traction control. At the restart of the full Safety Car i have some problems with the speed limiter, in fact cars ahead of me can restar before and if i try to accelerate there's always the limiter that brakes me. The result is that every time i lose around 2/3 seconds and this is really frustrating beacuse i see the cars accelerating while i can't. 2. Platform PS4 3. I used all my tyres throughout the whole FP1 & 2 and should only have 1 new set of softs. 2. I came back to the pits and fast forward time to repaired issue. But when I came back to the track still I had problem with DRS. I did every steps like before and again DRS was not be repaired. 2. It disappeared when I chose to "teleport" directly on track. EDIT 2: Same situation again in Hanoi. However, this time DRS malfunction stays only when I'm driving out from garage after picking up next practice program. It is very hard to check every solutions because I'm not able to force game to have DRS malfunction any time I want. 5. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I went back to the pits and waited to my mechanics repaired my car. They didn't do it even that time to finish fixing issue has expired. 6. He actually crashed through the wall just before turn 7, flipping, self righting and ending up on the main straight at turn 19. Not even any damage lol 2. Platform - PS4 3. After the dry qualifying the race starts wet (Raining for the fist 10-15 min.) But it is not possible to change to intermediate or wets. (neither can the Ai) 2. F1 2019 used to crash after end January 2020 update, only with DX12 enabled. With DX11 never had any problem. These are the crash infos: How can I solve this problem?

1. A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. Before I started any racing I changed the forced feedback setting in the game for my Thrustmaster TX from 100 to 65. When I started racing I noticed it was way more powerful than last years title. because I got suspicious I tried lowering even more till 0 feedback at all. It saved it properly but even then, apparently it’s still using 100% ffb on it. thus making the game unpleasantly unplayable for me. 2. Tried it for like four hours, restarting the console, restarting the game, deleting the custom control scheme, making new ones... none of that helped. 5. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I disconnected/reconnected the wheelbase , restarted the game a dozen times, cold booted my Xbox One X a dozen times. Deleted custom control scheme, created new ones with the proper ffb setting 6. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc)  Thrustmaster TX+Ferrari 599XX EVO 7. Went for my qualy lap early on the session driving out of the garage and everything worked as usual, including the ability to press the Overtake button and to change the ERS mode from None to Medium to Hotlap. Did an in lap switching to Lean Mix and ERS 0. Advanced time in the session for close to 5 minutes, saved the session and went for a second lap, driving out again. The fuel mix was on Lean and I was able to get it to Rich, but ERS was stuck on None and the Overtake button was unavailable both on the out lap and on the qualy lap. 2. Did flashbacks from the behind the starting line to after Turn 2 a handful of times and reloaded the mid-session save twice. 5. What troubleshooting have you attempted?
