[BUG] Split timing error

I think this bug may be best told using a picture (below).  I've had this happen in Sweden, Germany, and Wales so far.  For the attached image, I crashed into a tree and came to a stop right at the timing line then reset before the timing line.  I thought that might be the cause until it happened on a perfectly clean stage in Wales.  In all three instances, however, I was running a stage against the Community Delta.

For those curious:  No, I'm not leading the stage's leaderboard by 345 years.  When I crossed the finish line, it gave a more reasonable -30 seconds.
