I wanted to end the last rally in style, @denim398 gave me a hard time. After the first 3 stages I had a small advantage. As I was not happy with the understeering Escort I changed the setup.

In ss4 it seemed better, however ss5 I was just slow and lost the lead. I could close the gap a bit on ss6.

Again some changes on the setup and into the last stage. Now the setup was how I want it to be. Slight oversteer and set it up for a corner with the handbrake.

A good stagetime and fastest untill now.

Congrats to all of u and the first five are eligible to the usual choices.
Once made, I will assemble another Season.

Though I have to say, I will probably again not participate as in a few days I'm gonna be quite occupied with the new FS2020-

Though I am a great fan of the h2, h3, gpB classes it seems there are not so much drivers in such a championship.

So let's go modern and fast with R5 cars.

For those who could follow me at the last championship, seek for good competition and want more rallies, take a look at WRCgamersclub (on facebook).

@SkyRex is it possible that, after a long time, we could do a new poll about the forced cockpit item?

Like Skyrex, I am out for most of the next championship because of a loooong holiday

Errghf...what a season.

Second half was a bit better, but...meh.

Had a very good chance to win in Poland, but ruined it with a very LIGHT ditch on a bank.
But the tyre said haha to me.

Anyway...

Congratulations to @Janneman60 who deserved the victory and also to @denim398, who was sometimes unbeatable fast for me.

Regarding my decision for the next championship: I choose Scotland to be completely dry, no wet surface or rain at any time.
If Scotland is the drop out-rally, wich I doubt, then the same for Wales.

And my personal opinion is, we should open up the forced cockpit cam restriction, because that keeps players away maybe.
I mean, we can always put it back to restricted after a while, but for the moment, we need more racers.

For me personally it is more important, that everybody sticks to the 1 car per championship rule and does not cut like a maniac.
I refuse to leave the track with all 4 wheels at any time, even it is faster.

Wow. That was an unexpected DNF, to say the least. Car felt good, quite a soft and relaxed setup, was in a good rhythm. On SS1, the car suddenly just went airborne while on the road. Think that section has a small ledge that can unsettle the car, but never experience it to that degree. Oh well, no damage, just a spin.

SS2 also felt real good, had good pace, ran safe. Did some small cuts, no problems. Then a quite small cut in a place that usually doesn't cause any problems flips the car front first, smashes a wheel, and when I get on the road I just nudge the outside of the road at slow speed and another puncture. Wheels failure, DNF. Wow.

That was over quickly. After being quite fast in the first two sectors, I had a innocent looking contact with a barrier and got a puncture warning. The problem was, I actually punctured both tyres on the right side of the car and had only one spare. I changed one wheel and carried on for another sector, but figured out it would make no sense continuing with two and a half long stages still to come. So there's my first DNF of the season. Unlucky.

I went airborne unexpectedly in SS2 as well, or whichever had the fast uncuttable right 6 left 6. Couldve jumped over a 1.5m tall person there. I wasn't even near an edge, i was middle of road preparing for the chicane o-o. After SS3 i went to bed and..  - rage quit on SS4 due to forgetting its wet and not double checking the spares going away after an 'exit to menu' bug. Rest in pieces both rear tyres, TURN ONE.

This game is ridiculously unfun lol.

Well, don't know what happened to the other competitors, but I had a quite smooth and fast rally without any noticable big mistakes.
There was a stage (I believe it was SS4) were I touched about 4 times the bank and every single time thought: "Please no puncture, please!" 🤣

The car had almost no grip anymore towards the end in SS3 & SS6, so it got a bit tricky, thinking about using mediums in Australia, because it should get even worse there.

Well, i didn't expect DR2 to round down that hard in the SS4 service - i had to leave the engine unrepaired, my SS2 was just that bad. But it rounded down into some brutal misfiring territory when it wasn't misfiring before so pushing its limits hard = pretty simple terminal retirement later on.
