Recommended Posts

Hi. I bought the Fanatec CSR system for PS4. Are you will support the Fanatec wheel for Dirt Rally ?

I would also be very interested to know about wheel support.

I have a Fanatec Csr wheel with Csr elite pedals.
Please support this wheel, I know it can be done as

Gamerasi, you have listed the wheels, but the CSR is absent from that list.  Can codemaster technical confirm if the CSR wheel is supported?  I have been playing project cars with it, its essentially the same as the Porsche wheels I think...

@Gamerasi - Have you heard anything through the grapevine in regards to the functionality of the Logitech G29 on the PS4? Does it work? I see a lot of old threads (that haven't been updated in awhile) mentioning problems with the pedals (specifically the accelerator) not working properly and was hoping you've maybe heard that it's an issue that will be / has been resolved prior to the April 5th launch?

I sure hope so, as I just spent the better part of $1K (CDN) on my setup in anticipation of the console release. Project CARS is fun (better than I thought) but rallying is where it's at. I've played DiRT at my buddy's place on his PC and I can't wait to try it on a real racing rig...provided that it works!

To connect CSR wheel to PS4  plug in wheel via USB then use PS4 controller wirelessly to start machine and enter Dirt Rally. Then boot wheel till 3 blue lights and enter PC mode.(DO NOT enter PS3 mode ) When prompted "options" press x button on wheel .DO NOT turn off controller which runs in tandem. After game do not turn off power to wheel till you have quit Dirt rally as this immediatly powers off the PS4. TO save car setups use PS4 controller. My Fanatec CSR works well with game after setup for wheel parameters. Happy rallying!

Can confirm CSR works. Been playing with that and Clubsport V2 pedals. This game is awesome! Having so much fun with the Stratos blasting through the woodland.

It's the back button that gets you in to PC mode btw. You can adjust the wheel settings using the mode selection in the week as normal. I used the Force settings posted in another thread
