Recommended Posts

For those who have played on both, regarding game play , physic and framerate  speed, is Ps4 a big difference than xbox one?

I haven't played on PS4 but the game seems really good on xbox one. Nothing really wrong with it that would change from console to console in my opinion (Obviously not including PC). If your playing on a wheel I guess it depends on which console your wheel is compatible.

I know a few people who say ps4 is the better choice of console, the improved frame rate and screen tear is the main difference I believe.  If I didn't have a wheel which wasnt compatible with ps4 I'd have changed over from xbox one by now

most ps4 players play with controllers, most xbox players play with wheel or rig setups, i guess cause of the player age difference? not sure.

I ditched my xbox version in favor of PS4, and the difference is amazing. In my opinion it's playable on PS4, and just frustrating on Xbox. Framerate is much more stable, no screen tearing, and patches are released with much more frequency.

Sounds like the PS4 is better. I've only played on Xbox but it's seems good and playable. I guess it's just what you get use to. Also, I'm not someone who fusses over graphics that much.

The graphics are fine for me on all platforms (I quite like the graphics actually) The biggest frustrations for me on Xbox were the frequent drops in framerate that the stupid x-axis screen tearing on nearly every corner in the game.

I don't think know you'd notice until you play on both consoles so you can compare directly. That's when I noticed the difference. Plus in xbox you are stuck with hoppers where as ps4 has custom lobbies.

I play both. PS4 comes out as number one to me. Framerate, stable, and more important to me, the abillity to map buttons the way it pleases me. Not possible on the XB1.(not yet) Custom lobbies were the XB1 still has the hopper system (already mentioned). All my friends however are on the XB, so that's were I do most of my racing.

So as not to upset and piss of Xbox One player, I took the leap and sold my Xbox One for PS4 , Like Coolieboy said, PS4 is much much more enjoyable...  even Project Car runs better... I am not saying Xbox One is bad at all...  Just with played on all format PC, Xbox One and now PS4... PS4 just rocks......   SO much fun
