[bug] Saving setups with a too-long name causes the game to crash

When you add a workshop setup, sometimes the title of it is longer then you can normally fill in the save/load setup screen. When you try and backspace to make it shorter, it either just doesn't work or the game crashes. When you try and save the setup with a too-long name the game will crash to desktop, sometimes followed up with an "installing 1%" window and when you restart the game a "servers are too busy (error 41)" window.

I also noticed that adding workshop setups while already having the stage loaded prevents you from selecting the setup; you have to save & exit and reload the stage.
