There some way to edit sensibility of left stick (analog directional) in F1 2015?

Recommended Posts

I need more precision on motion of wheel. Want to increase sensibility in Xbox One Controller, playing F1 2015 by PC.

(I have tested F1 2015 with a generic joystick and the experience was more precisely. Only by placing the finger on the directional analog , the car already corresponded to the side that I touched , very little.

I wouldn't think so. Only way you can do that, is buy that new Xbox One controller where you can set the sensitivity, or buy a cronusmax and do it that way.

Nor those options to edit controls, like "Feedback" , wheel , etc?

More a thing which Codemasters Should bring in F1 2016. The edition of sensitivity, command Inversion , and more. Very games, even Arcades, they need it, sometimes has, and mainly Simulator, is a duty have.

The new "Elite" controller for Xbox One also works with 360 games now that backwards compatibility is working.  It has a custom app that allows this and other great control improvements.  Expensive though!

Is true, good idea, but I cannot purchase a Elite Controller in this moment. It is extremely expensive, and not sale of independent way in my country, Just The bundle with complete console. It would be easier Codemasters offer these options for Standard controllers.
Thank You, friend.

Actually you could try the 'linearity' in advanced wheel settings ( this works for controllers, not just wheels) it makes the steering a little less sensitive. It goes all the way up to 100 but don't set it too high, setting it in between 3-8 will probably be enough.

Thank You! I will do it. But in my case, I need more sensitive, no less.

codemasters never put standard controller options like that into any f1 game on any platform. Its much easier and less work for them to put driving assist on the controller while claiming it would be impossible to drive without them while hoping players wouldn't realize it would be hard to drive because there is no settings adjustment for controllers in the game.

Okay, I just wanted increase the "initial perception", So that the simple fact of touching the finger en top of analog , have changed the direction of the car. Because as I said , in a control Ps2 I adapted previously, well it worked. I want decreases range from dead directional point.

If you need more sensitivity try saturation instead of linearity!

Thanks again, friend.
Steering Linearity is for rotate less with more analog move, and
Steering Saturation is for rotate more with less analog move.

What also happens is that I standardized by the previous control, I lack constume this new control of the One.

What I really wanted, would be less Deadzone. But It is already at zero. Increasing, will get even further away to exit of neutral.

You know when you want to fix the car direction in a straight without too go to the side? This is exactly the precision what I mean.
It sucks when you end up taking too much to the side, fix the direction of one side, and goes beyond to the other...

Have you tried making a ''custom'' controller pre-set? For some reason in my game, the 'standard' controller preset always has some deadzone, but when I make a custom, with the same button configuration and use that, the deadzone disappears.

You can also try changing the button for steering to something else ( like the right analog stick), use that for a couple of seconds, go back to the menu and change it back to the left analog stick. Sounds strange maybe, but I've seen people mention that as a solution.

:D  Yap!!! You do not exist!!! Saved my life! Sensitivity amazing!
I had customized my control, but nothing in the way. I was enough to change the direction on the left stick to direct, and I've seen the difference, none of deadzone, and then came back the settings to where they were, with the direction on the left.

Simply place your finger on top of the analog, and the car already directs.
That is why the generic controller que I wore was so sensitive.
Because it was configured button by button.
The game comes with some default settings, including the little deadzone.

It was very good to know the steering wheel settings, as a whole, covering the control as well.  ;)

Perfect!!! Many thanks, Worntoathread!!!  :)
